Downtown Raleigh 3 Bedroom Bungalow

Welcome to downtown Raleigh!! Our home is just a short walk to the heart of downtown and a great place to relax and enjoy your stay. Just a couple of blocks from Transfer Co Food Hall, very close to other restaurants and other downtown destination. Whether you're looking to enjoy the museums, attend a wedding, enjoy on of the many entertainment venue or anything else downtown has to offer, this is a great place to stay for up to 6 people. This downtown property also has a great fenced in outdoor space to enjoy during your stay. The closest food option is Transfer Co Food Hall. You will definitely want to check out their website to see the variety of food options! There is street parking available just in front of the house (easily enough for 2 vehicles).
There are other street parking areas as well. You can drive to areas outside of downtown and even within downtown if you want to get there faster with many paid parking options (many are free at night). But you can get around by walking to restaurants and entertainment venues in downtown Raleigh. There is Citrix cycle and bike share available as well as Gotcha scooter share rentals. You just need to download the appropriate app to get pricing and details.

‱ Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect our Quiet Hours – 10pm-7am

‱ Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule is not observed.

‱ Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.

‱ Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).

‱ Check out time is 11am. If you do not observed this time, there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past the check out time.

Central Raleigh location

My family was in Raleigh for North Carolina State University graduation. This home was very convenient to both downtown and the university area. The home was clean and felt well equipped. I too truly enjoyed the stay. My only concern is that the neighborhood had a lot of cars that drove by with loud music playing During different parts of the day and night. This is not a knock on the owner or the property just part of an urban setting.

Visit to Raleigh

Wonderful, all of the comforts of home. Inviting, spacious, great decor. The bedrooms were well appointed, beds very comfortable. Staying here was an easy and relaxing. Kitchen space was awesome. Living room was perfect, the sectional sofa was incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious enough for comfort, and the backyard was a very cute space, just big enough for our little dog to frolic.

Quaint bungalow in Raleigh

My wife attended a week-long art class in Raleigh, and we chose this bungalow instead of a hotel room. It's a cute three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow less than a mile from downtown Raleigh restaurants. I worked from the house while she attended her art class. It is a very comfortable little house with a couch, a counter with stools, and desk work options. The Wi-Fi worked great for video calls, and the kitchen was stocked with decent amenities. The bedding and towels provided were better than the last hotel we visited!

Cozy stay!

My friend and I were in town to attend an event at the NC State campus, and decided to book here rather than a hotel - I'm so glad we did, it was such a cozy stay! We had a minor issue, and Gayla and her husband were SO quick to respond and remedy the situation. I absolutely recommend staying here if you need to be in the Raleigh area!

Super cute

We were in town for a conference and wanted somewhere to stay that wasn’t a hotel. This house looks tiny from the outside but it super spacious on the inside! Lots of room to hang out and chill, cute backyard, bathrooms were huge too. A tv in the primary bedroom. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the host was very responsive to our issues (just a fridge that was beeping at us :)

A group of ladies met in Raleigh from all over the United States for the weekend and to see a concert. This place was absolutely perfect!!!walking distance to Downtown and Turner Food Hall. Short Uber rides to other things . coffee in the morning was a huge plus snacks were also there which was very nice. We can't wait to return!!

Return visit

We love to stay here when we travel to Raleigh with our dog. The house is great and the fenced in yard makes it great for pets. The location is very convenient and the hosts are excellent!
