I traveled to Raleigh with several of my sorority sisters to attend the regional conference held at the conference center. The location was perfect, the home was clean and spacious, and check-in was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certain rent this property again!
House is very cute. It is conveniently located. Owner very responsive and flexible! Bathrooms could use updating. Ceiling fan in living room needs to be replaced. It bumps into the back door when door is open.
This is a lovely home that we chose based on its ability to sleep all 7 of us. Property is clean, beds are just ok. The host didnt leave clean towels for all the guests and we were disappointed to not have a toaster. The house is small and a group larger than 5 won't have comfy places to hang out together, but if you dont plan to use the house this
Beautiful house that fit our large group perfectly! The space was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we encountered a few issues with access and housekeeping. We did not gain access to the property until 45 minutes after check-in time due to the electronic keypad not working and had to wait outside until we got a response from the host to find an alternate way in (lockbox with key). The lockbox was already set to the correct combination, which raised some safety concerns. Additionally, we had to search for towels, which we eventually found in the dryer, likely overlooked by the cleaner. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this property with a little more attention to detail on the management side.
Poor communication can really should make you think twice about your stay.
This house was a little dirty, not in a great neighborhood, had a broken window, a rusty metal latch sticking up on the pouch that someone might have cut themselves on but that wasn't my biggest issue with my stay. The communication with the owner was very poor. From the start where I was trying to coordinate the time for my elderly mother to get into the house before we arrived, to reaching out about an item we left, we got no replies back. We were locked out of the house at one point, reached out to the owner who said there may be a key in a lock box but they were out of the state and didn't have a backup in case the key wasn't there. I left a wedding to retrieve the key that they weren't 100% sure was there which luckily was but what would me have done if it wasn't considering there wasn't a backup option. I think I'll opt for the consistency of a hotel next time.
This is a really cute house close enough to several downtown activities to walk there in 10-15 min. The property manager was lighting quick and super friendly and helpful with communication. We would definitely stay there again.
