With a fully fenced-in yard for your furry friend and beautiful original hardwood floors, our home is the perfect retreat for your next trip to Raleigh.

Conveniently located just 4 minutes (1.2 miles) from Downtown, you'll have easy access to all of the city's top attractions, including restaurants, bars, and entertainment. After a day exploring, come home and relax in our air-conditioned living room, complete with a 50" Flat Screen Roku TV and ceiling fans. Or, take advantage of our outdoor patio and grill to have a cookout with friends.

In the morning, start your day with a cup of coffee from our fully-stocked coffee bar featuring a Coffee Maker, French Press, and Pour-Over Cone. Need to catch up on work? Our adjustable stand-up desk is the perfect spot to get things done.

While Battery Heights is a historic neighborhood with beautiful homes and manicured lawns, it is also located near New Bern Ave, which may cause some noise in the distance. However, this prime location means you can easily catch a 4-minute Uber ride or hop on the #15 bus (located just 3 blocks away) to get downtown.

Parking is a breeze with one spot in the driveway and free street parking.

House Rules - please read:

1. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties or events. If there is a party or if there is more than the maximum of 6 guests on the property (additional guests must be approved), you will be asked to leave with no refund.

2. Minimum age of 25 for guest booking the reservation, and the booking guest must be staying at the property.

3. Smoking of any kind or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is broken.

4. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed without approval from Hosts. Guests are responsible for damage caused by pets.

5. Please take off your shoes and use the provided shoe racks to store them.

6. Although we will try to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs, this depends highly on housekeeping scheduling and can not always be fulfilled.

7. There is a doorbell camera and outdoor cameras. There are no indoor cameras.
