In the heart of South Lakeland, in one of the most sought out locations. Easy access to a variety of restaurants, shopping and minutes away from the Polk Parkway and South Florida Ave. Whether your destination is here in Lakeland, to the beach, or off to see Mickey, our goal is to make you feel at home!
The home features a newly remodeled kitchen, a smart tv, memory foam mattresses, and all the coffee!

We really enjoyed staying at this house with our daughter. Is always nice to have a place to relax and enjoy visiting with family inLakeland. Was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to play games at the table or just share a meal together. Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay

Needed a place to stay while getting my moms home ready to sell. This place was perfect. Comfortable and clean and close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Certainly met our needs as we were able to relax in this quiet neighborhood.

Best ever

We do not use VRBO often but our preferred hotel was sold out so this was the best option for our travel on this weekend. It was a wonderful experience! Our host was amazing and the house was perfect for our family’s needs. When we need to travel to Lakeland next year, we will be staying here again!

The property fit our needs well. The beds were comfortable. The place could use a little updating but it was clean. The only negative was that the ac unit couldn’t quite keep up with Florida heat. It took a long time to get the house to sleeping temperature. But we just used sheets instead of blankets.

All was great and comfortable. Slight issue with air conditioner. Also no sports on tv without a password. Everything else was wonderful. Will stay there again

This house was in a good proximity to the family we had traveled to visit. Only two things could have made it better: higher beds for us tall people and a smart TV 😁. However, the house was very clean and reserving it was as simple as 1,2,3.

Great location in Lakeland

We had a great stay. The house is located in a great area and is close to many great restaurants and activities. The house had everything we needed. The only opportunities for improvement would be the tv in the living room might need to be replaced. I noticed the bottom section was a little distorted and the shower head in the master bath didn't work very well. But, it didnt distract from the overall stay. I would definitely stay again.

Charming Gem

We were in town visiting our son and his family for a long weekend. Thankful we chose this house! It was located in a residential subdivision and very quiet. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed without spending a lot of money on supplies. Communication with the property owner was excellent! He was Johnny on the spot and took care of our request. If we’re ever in need of a rental again we’ll definitely be returning customers!

Spacious

My dogs and I stayed at the house. The back yard is not fenced on the sides, but that did not create a problem for me. The house was VERY nice: clean, updated, nicely decorated, clutter free and was in a great location. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. No sidewalks but plenty of street lights to accommodate nightly walks. Despite another person’s review, I liked the height of the bed. I also liked having night tables with lamps and outlets on both sides of the bed in the Master bedroom. There was PLENTY of closet space and drawers. I liked having plenty of throw rugs about especially around the beds. Other things I liked: The gated door to the front stoop. There was dish detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels and plenty of spare rolls of toilet paper. Security lights at the entrances to the house in the front and back and at the garage door. Nice bathroom sinks for spreading things out with multiple electrical outlets. Good strong water flow in the master shower with plenty of hot water. What I didn’t like was the driveway. I have a large van that I needed to back “up” – it was raining with slick leaves on the ground. I read a previous review where someone mentioned the driveway, but never expected such a hill with a curve! The driveway would not stop me from requesting to stay at this house in the future.

Everything was good. Took awhile to learn how to work remotes in bedroom. Driveway is pretty steep, but other than that everything was great.
