We hosted a family reunion and needed sleeping for 10. The house fit perfectly, with a great living area. The basement became our teenagers hsngout. We loved the central location to many attractions- Gettysburg, Philadelphia. We had some issues and the host was very understanding. Would drfinitely return.

11 friends gathered at this house for a weekend together. We enjoyed our stay. The house was a good size for our group. The layout and beds available fit our group perfectly. The rooms were all clean, the bathrooms spotless, and generally we could not find anything we didn't like about this house. Our Saturday evening using the hot tub and fire pit area was a night to remember. Thank you for having an organized but not overwhelming approach to hosting. The labels on the light switches was a nice touch.

Lovely home with an excellent layout for 3 families. All the necessities were included and much more. Plenty of towels and paper products were supplied and the beds were very comfortable. We took advantage of the hot tub and grill while there. We had frequent opportunities to see Amish buggies in the area which was of great interest to the grandsons. We were close to a lot of attractions but the residence was quite and the location had a residential small town feel.

My family and I had a wonderful time for a quick spring break trip. It was nice to be able to drive less than 10 minutes to Kitchen Kettle and other places like an Amish tour. The home could use a little love as some of the paint was chipped in some rooms but overall a very good experience. The kitchen had everything we needed. It fit five people and a baby very comfortably. We appreciated each room had a small fan.

Very nice home with everything you could need! The hot tub was amazing along with the fire pit. We had steaks in the grill and cooked for a large family every night! Home has plenty of room. Our kids enjoyed the basement as “their” space. A little warm upstairs at night but we found fans in the closets so we were set! Tried contacting the owners about leaving an electric scooter we rented for pick up on Monday am (we left Sunday) and never received a call back but the property was amazing. Centrally located close to everything!!!!! Nice neighborhood and very quiet. It was perfect!

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Lancaster. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of six. The house had everything we needed and was very well maintained. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality—super helpful, quick to answer any questions, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. Their attentiveness made our stay even more comfortable. We truly appreciated the care that went into both the home and the hosting. Would absolutely stay here again!
