Park City Slopeside Escala Lodges 202 is a beautifully appointed ski-in/ski-out condo located in the Escala Lodges at Canyons Village. Offering an unbeatable location, this unit is situated just down the hall from the ski-in/ski-out doorway to the Sunrise lift, ski valet, ski rental, and the resort's game room. It truly is one of the most convenient spots on the property for easy access to all things skiing and snowboarding. Whether you're coming back from a day on the slopes or heading out for another adventure, the location couldn't be more ideal.

In addition to the prime ski access, you'll enjoy the convenience of being steps from all the vibrant offerings of Canyons Village. You'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, seasonal events, and occasional free concerts just outside your door. For those looking to enjoy the outdoors during the warmer months, the condo features a very large patio with a table and chairs, ideal for summer lunches and dinners under the stars. It's the perfect spot to unwind and take in the fresh mountain air.

There is a $40/per day + tax resort fee that is due upon check in.


The resort-style condo offers 680 square feet, one bedroom, one full bath to accommodate up to four guests.


You'll access the second-floor condo via the community garage and elevator. Entering the condo's front door puts you into the main living space with the living room, kitchen and dining area.


Living Room: This living room features mountain contemporary furnishings, including a sofa sleeper, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV with cable programming and Apple TV. Board games available for family-friendly fun. Beautiful views of the mountains from this space.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including gas range, plenty of space on the stone countertops and kitchen bar seating for three.


Dining Area: Seating for up to four guests.


Bedroom / Bathroom:

Bedroom — Queen size bed, Smart TV with cable, access to the private patio, private access to a full shared bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower.


Community Amenities:

Enjoy on-site dining at Escala Restaurant & Bar offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar menus. The Market offers freshly made specialty coffee, sandwiches, salads and more, when you're looking for a quick drink or bite to eat. Other amenities include a pool, hot tub and a fitness center open year-round, and of course, ski-in, ski-out access. There is also electric vehicle charging stations on site.

ski trip

We had such a fun time during our stay in Park City! The property was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a great trip. We especially loved the hot tubs — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the things we were most excited about was the ski lift right outside the back door, but unfortunately, it had been taken down for by the time we arrived, which was a bit of a letdown. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great property

Enjoyed our second visit to this property and this particular unit. Location is excellent for skiing and the amenities are great (pool, hot tub, game room, parking, location). Property staff was great and helpful. Management company for this unit was proactive and helpful.

Park City COVID-free Retreat

I was not able to enjoy this vacation as I was home with COVID. However, the rest of my family went. Hyatt Centric is a wonderful facility and we have stayed there many times. We have even stayed in this unit previously. However, there were several issues this time that diminished my family’s enjoyment. The ice-maker in the fridge didn’t work. The washer only worked on the gentle cycle. And the drain on the large patio was clogged, which created a large pond on the patio. And a $45 a day “resort fee” was added after the stay and was not mentioned in the price.

I received a full refund from the owner. I would like a refund of the VRBO portion as well. I will send photos later. I have many and video. This condo was uninhabitable. There is MAJOR construction of a gondola going on about 10 feet off the patio. It starts at 6 am every day. They are using a helicopter to move in beams and other items. I had to check in, move in, and then immediately check out, find an alternative place with no time, and I ended up paying about 2,000 more. While the property manager gave me a full refund, I have still lost thousands of dollars finding a replacement.
