The ensuite bathroom is a sanctuary of its own, featuring a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. This property is ski-in/out subject to lift operations and trail conditions.

Supplied coffee, condiments, bathroom products are to get you started no refills available.
Guest will be required to pay a $40.00+tax per night resort fee directly to the Hyatt upon arrival. This fee goes to Hyatt not SPR 50 LLC and helps support shuttle service, parking, valet, saunas, gym… WE DO NOT OFFER EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT. IF IT IS REQUESTED & can be accommodated THERE IS A CHARGE OF 100.00/hour as it requires significant coordination with cleaning, checking and others involved on the hospitality team.

Location, Location

Hyatt Centric is an ideal location for ski in- ski out. Excellent hot tub après-ski out. With the convenience of renting your skis on premise and shuttles to Main Street Park city in the evening, this a sought after destination. Would absolutely book again in future visits to Park City.

Great first trip to Park City

The location did not disappoint! Our trip was centered around snowboarding and the location of this condo was perfect - walking to restaurants, shops, market, and most especially the Red Pine Gondola. The unit was clean and comfy and served us well. We will definitely be back to experience more of P.C.

A beautiful place with amazing views

Great location and resort amenities. The room was a good fit for a short stay and the kitchenette was a nice addition so I didn’t have to eat every meal out. The coffee creamer, sweetener and pods were supplied for a short stay and kept me from having to run to the store. Easy process to rent and I will stay again.

FANTASTIC - First Tracks Lodge 1BR

First Tracks Lodge is a fantastic ski-in/ ski-out experience! The 1BR condo and location are unbeatable on every level. This immaculate condo is exactly as advertised with a cozy fireplace, super comfortable king bed, beautifully stocked wet bar, high-end linens, plush robes and towels, including thoughtful details like starter coffee, a luggage rack, dehumidifier and extra blanket. The Hyatt Centric ski valet (in a connected building) is steps and a bunny slope to the new Sunrise Gondola, opening 2025-26! The double hot tubs and heated pool on the ground floor are perfect for an après-ski soak. The Hyatt Centric has a restaurant and small market, and all Canyons restaurants and shops are a short walk or shuttle ride. The property manager/owner was very responsive and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. We’re booking First Tracks again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Condo with lots of amenities

I rented this condo and the adjacent one for a family get away. This unit was great because it offered a nice separate space with a kitchenette and large bathroom. Everything was as stated - the sheets and bath products were very nice. It was nicely located in the resort - not far from the elevator or we could walk out to a patio level. The pool and fitness center were also in our building so we didn't have to go far to enjoy them.
