(Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund & complete banning from booking channel. We recommend choosing the damage waiver as it provides protection in case of accidental damage during your stay.
Please note that after your reservation is confirmed, you`ll be asked to validate certain information about yourself and select one of the following two options:
1. Damage Waiver/Application fee (non refundable) = $25 AMT in superhog.
OR
2. Security Deposit (refundable) = $200 AMT could take 5-10 business days max
- In compliance with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, it is prohibited to have any large gatherings or parties. Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the stay, and a complete ban from the booking channel where the reservation was made. Please refer to the house rules for more information.
- Pool is NOT heated.
- Pre-booking questions are required to be answered to complete reservation even if it is instant booked.
- Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.
- Max occupancy at all times is 7 people.
- ID from booking party is required if user has negative review, new to booking platforms and/or is local.
- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- NO smoking on the premises. Violation fee: $750.
- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it`s missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.
***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Early check-in is subject to approval and incurs a fee of $100 for every hour before the check-in time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you`ve received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
