Bavarian Farm Hops View - Tasteful contemporary décor & hot tub combine for an ideal choice for the discerning traveler. This apartment is a quality, custom-built offering in a private setting very convenient to the village of Cooperstown and to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is located on the second floor with a private entrance.

Come and enjoy fresh country air! There are 2 flagstone patios - one at the entrance and one in the rear - both with outdoor dining and seating. A spacious 14 x 16 balcony is also available - off the main living / kitchen area. Your hosts provides a 4 person hot tub for your relaxation and pleasure.
Hops View provides all of the modern conveniences of home, including central air, a washer/dryer and good WiFi connection. The tasteful contemporary décor provides an inviting ambiance.

Quiet cozy cabin

Love. Love, love this accommodation! Very quiet w/ no neighbors. Apt was beautiful, clean, & fully furnished. We were in need/want of nothing. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect house while visiting Cooperstown Dream Park

This house is very clean and very well maintained. The hot tub was the main reason I went with this rental and I enjoyed every second relaxing in it. We were in Cooperstown for baseball and this rental was in a good proximity to everywhere we needed to go. The owner Wayne was very hospitable.

Very clean, enjoyed our stay

Very clean and well maintained place. We came to play at dreams park. It’s only a 15 minute drive to dreams park so we definitely recommended. At arrival 1st night we had a small laundry machine issue but Wayne worked with us to make our stay comfortable and nice. He allowed us to used another onsite laundry area for larger loads which we are Grateful for. The place is updated and well-maintained. Also has a Jacuzzi which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use it. We look forward to staying here again.

It was ok

There were some great things and not so great things with this rental. For the pros: the apartment was beautiful and very clean. The property was quiet and serene. And we enjoyed the hot tub many times. For the cons: it was not disclosed in the listing that the owner lived below the apartment. It was not a problem but it would have been nice to know that prior to renting. It may have changed our decision. The owner does not have self check in and needed to meet us to let us in. This was tricky as I did not have cell service there. Self check in would be much easier. The master bed was very high off the ground and very uncomfortable for us. Also there are skylights in the bedroom and main area. There was no way to cover them so it was very bright every morning very early. I could also hear the tv from the downstairs apartment every morning in the bedroom. All in all I do not think I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Bavarian Farms Hops View was great. Very clean and spacious enough for us to comfortably spread out during a few rain delays. Quick, scenic drive to Cooperstown and Dreams Park Wayne was a very helpful host. He quickly responded to whatever we needed. We will be recommending this unit to families form our team traveling to tournaments in the future!

This apartment was the perfect place for our visit.

This apartment was very clean , updated , and had everything we needed for our week stay. The owner Wayne, was very friendly and readily available by text to answer any questions we had. He even delivered fresh flowers to us mid week which was a nice touch of hospitality.

Beautiful property and Apartment

We did not expect such a spacious, well furnished and beautiful apartment. The property was very clean. The owner was super responsible and even delivered fresh flowers! I highly recommend!!!!
