The World Tour Condo is a fully remodeled 1400 foot property with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It is in a gated community in north Tempe with 2 pools that is 1.2 miles from ASU and 6 miles from old town Scottsdale. It's only 1 mile to the Cubs' spring training stadium and is convenient to both the Giants and Angels stadiums too. It sits near the intersection of the 101 and 202 freeways for convenient access to any part of greater Phoenix.
This property has a "world tour" theme with each room being dedicated to a different region. Each bedroom is decorated with art, photos and/or flags from the region. Bedroom 1 is the Europe room. Bedroom 2 is a nod to our southern neighbor Mexico. Bedroom 3 is the Arizona room (of course!). The living room is dedicated to Arizona's sports teams and universities.
Every bedroom has a queen size bed with luxury over stuffed mattress covers, and the sleeper sofa in the main room is also queen sized (58" wide). Every room has a smart flat screen TV (50' in main room, 32" in all bedrooms) with built in Roku so you can stream your favorite programs (guests must log in to their own streaming accounts). Wireless wi-fi also included! All side tables and nightstands have USB ports for charging.
Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, as well as hand soap. Each bathroom also has a Bluetooth speaker built in to the fan, so you can rock out to your favorite music while bathing. All standard amenities are included such as plates, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances (toaster, blender, Kuerig coffee maker, hair dryer), and bedding/linens, and each bedroom has extra pillows. There is an ice maker in the kitchen so your drinks will always be chilled. The property also has a full sized washer and dryer with detergent and softener included, and an iron and ironing board. Also included is complementary coffee and bottled water for your morning coffee fix.
The Arizona bedroom and bath is on the 2nd floor and is the only room on the 2nd floor. It does not have a door, but it is accessed by stairs that make 2 turns and it has a curtain at the entrance and is very private. It is a traditional full bedroom and not an open loft.
