Nice new townhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience with management and very happy with the location and cleanliness of the unit. The townhouse was very convenient to beach access. The pool is very nice but the water was very warm. This townhouse is close to the pool which is great but other residents stayed at the pool all night and were very loud, the last night until 5:00 am. Not sure who polices that? We would probably stay farther from the pool next time because of the noise. fyi - The water pressure in the showers were poor, at least on the top floor bath.

Extended Family Retreat

Good set up for our family with 3 adult couples and 4 children. Located directly across from the pool and easy beach access. Restaurants and shopping close enough by golf cart.

Great Location, some issues.

The condo was great, a bit worn, but clean and worked well for us. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The issues we encountered dealt more with the property management than with the property itself. We were supposed to check in at 4 pm, but the cleaning team did not finish until 4:45. Then we needed to move the golf cart out of the parking space but the lockbox with the key would not open. When I called for assistance, I was told I would need to come to the office to get a key and that they closed in 10 minutes. No offer by them to bring the key to me. After we settled in, we discovered the remote control batteries were dead in one bedroom. Before the weekend was over, they had gone dead in the living room remote as well. We filled the kitchen trash can the first night, took the trash out, and found there were no additional trash bags to put in the can. We had to stack trash on the counter and use Dollar Store bags to deal with it. Oh, and I failed to mention that while we were waiting for the cleaning crew to leave so we could get in, we received a call requesting we come by the office to pick up a front door key because the keypad was acting up. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems like a property management business would be more customer service oriented and would have had someone come to me with the keys. It was also impossible to reach anyone about the battery and trash bag issues. In their favor, we did accidentally leave a suitcase behind and they were able to get it shipped to us. All in all the stay was great, just a few minor annoyances. We enjoyed the pool and the beach.

Great family memories

We had the best time. This is the third year for us to stay there. We had 7 adults & 2 children and it was plenty of room. The pool was a big hit for the kids. We are planning another trip for next year. Thank for the good times.

Fabulous Christmas Vacation

Plenty of space for a family of 10 with 2 dogs. Cozy decor so we were comfortable but not worried about messing things up. The pool was awesome and kept at 100° as promised. Johnny at Silversands was a big help with choosing this one and I appreciate his patience and hard work. Bring LOTS of your own towels!

First Family Get Together Since Covid

My sister from Lake Forest California came down for a visit and wanted to take a family vacation to Port Aransas during her stay. Her last trip to PA was over eight years ago and she wanted to see how much it has changed since hurricane Harvey. She was surprisingly amazed how Port Aransas has grown and with all the construction happening! I’m so happy I chose, Just Beachy, at Beachside for our stay! We absolutely loved the condo as it was beautiful, clean, and so inviting. Using the Golf Cart to get to the beach and around town was so fun! My grandchildren certainly did enjoy the pool, too! Next time we plan to stay longer, for sure! Thank you

Great vacation

The home was very clean, nice furniture and comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for our 2 families, 10 people total. It was close to the pool which made it easy, and the pool was nicely heated! It made for a great backup option when it was too chilly and foggy at the beach. My only complaint was the fridge- it never got very cold and the sign on the door says it may take 3-24 hours to chill after you arrive which is frustrating. The golf cart that was included did not run well at all, we actually started avoiding using it which was a disappointment as well. But the size, location, and upkeep of the property definitely made up for any downfalls.

Three generation getaway

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two grandparents, two daughters and spouses and three grandchildren from three different states had plenty of room and balconies for fresh air and getting together in this very strange year of 2020. The house was very roomy and the multiple bedrooms and baths were great for distancing. The pool was heated to the point we could all stay in for hours and we used it every day. The house was very well appointed, the linens clean and plentiful. My only recommendation for improvement is to make sure the floors are mopped after each booking.

Awesome Vacation

We had a really good time. Was able to make lots of fun memories. Every family had there own bedroom but there was plenty of room for togetherness. There was 7 adults, 2kids & one small dog. The pool was great & the beach is not far away.

Awesome Experience

We had a great time during our stay at Just Beachy! Would definitely do it again! Location was perfect.... closeness to the beach was perfect...golf cart was perfect! Everything was great! Only advice would be to wash anything in kitchen before using such as plates/ silverware/ pans were not very clean...I'm guessing the previous occupants didn't know how to wash dishes! 🤷‍♀️

House great but some things are misleading

We stayed at Beach Bear Lodge 6/24-6/28. The house was just as advertised and great. 4 bedroom/3.5 bath. However, the complex was tight. We were unaware that the homes were spitting distance away from each other. Not great for Covid-19. The property definitely isn’t within walking distance to the beach. As for management it was easy to check in but when we needed them they were unreachable. Our smoke detectors started sounding and we couldn’t figure out why. There was no answer at the emergency number. Thankfully we figured out it was a bad battery in the garage detector after the entire neighborhood was outside staring at us. Overall, it was a great time but I don’t feel I would stay in that particular location again.

The free golf cart was a bonus. The only complaint was the golf cart was old, had torn seats, and the back seatbelt was broken. With that said, I don’t think Just Beachy had control on what golf cart was delivered for our use. Would definitely stay there again!

Winter Beach Trip

We stayed at just beachy with 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids from age 1-9). We all fit in the condo but 2 of the kids slept in pack in plays. The condo was very clean and had a cute decor scheme. Loved that three of the bedrooms had king beds! The condo is right across from the pool which is heated in the summer. The pool was very warm and we all loved swimming in it. The condo came with a 4 seater golf cart but we paid to upgrade to a larger cart since we had a big party. THe beach is only a few minutes away by golf cart. Kitchen well stocked if you want to cook . We also used the grill by the pool. Only downsides are you might need to bring extra paper towels and trash bags, as we ran out but we did cook quite a bit. While we loved the condo and would for sure go back, it might not be the right unit for all parties if you are light sleepers as noise does carry through the floors pretty easily. But that being said we had a blast and really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome winter beach condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our large group of 6 kids and 6 adults had a blast at just beachy. The condo was clean and had great decor. Sound carries a bit so if you have little kids bring a sound machine. Full washer dryer. The heated pool is just across from the condo and was perfect for a winter trip. Super warm and so fun for kids. Beach is just a golf cart rude away. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

The location of this condo is just steps away from the beautiful pool and a short walk, or a one-block ride) to the beach which made our stay SO easy and fun. The property location is close to restaurants and grocery store. The decor of the condo is beautifully done with thought given to every aspect. The amenities, including a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, full size TVs in all bedrooms including the family room, and the free use of a golf cart were the icing on the cake! I HIGHLY recommend Just Beachy as your destination location!!!
