Experience the best of Port Aransas when you stay at Fin and Tonic. Located in a quiet corner of the desirable Beachside Townhomes on South 11th Street, Fin and Tonic and a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom condo that features luxury accommodations and open concept living spaces, perfect for any family.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare a family meal. The dining room comfortably seats up to six guests, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The primary suite has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private deck access. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. June 2025 weekend stay

Check in was flawless, the property was in a good location, close to shops and restaurants. The property could use a little maintenance but overall, it was in good shape.

Close to beach

Overall a fantastic place and location. The master bed is extremely firm. It is walking distance to beach but the view can only be seen by third floor balcony. It is in a great location, The backyard was overgrown with sunflowers and felt like a jungle so not really usable but overall we would stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

We had a great spring break trip! There was room for the kids to spread out and come together for games and meals. The property is convenient to the beach and to town. We’d love to come back sometime!

House condo was amazing clean so close to the beach. My entire family each had their own section in the house since there were three floors. Everyone felt like we weren’t on top of each other. It was pretty. It was pretty amazing. Definitely looking forward to reserving again and last minute even better, they allowed me to bring my daughters support animals.

BSC501-Fin And Tonic, SANDFEST 2022

This house is off the charts!! My family loved it - adequately stocked and fashionably decorated. My favorite is bedrooms divided up over the three floors. And I think my grandkids loved the community pool more than the beach. The only thing I would've like to have seen at the property was an outdoor gardenhose/shower and use of the garage, and maybe a small grill on the back deck. I was also impressed by the Silver Sands staff and pleasantly surprised how easy and efficient their process is to rent vacation properties. Highly recommend! Can't wait to book our next visit. Great location, clean with plenty of room to spread out. The den, kitchen and master are on the second floor so the description should point this out....our mistake though since we did not ask before renting and a large majority of the main living areas are on the second or third floor in Port A anyway. The stairs can be tough on an aging dog. We did have to chase down the provided golf cart but after several phone calls they came through. Over all I would rcmd the condo....very comforatble and very convenient to town and the beach.

What a great spot!!

This place looks just like the pics! Very clean and nice decor throughout! The layout was great and each bedroom has an en-suite bath and 2 additional half baths. We loved the pool and the kids had a blast going down the slide. We had a question about accessing the golf cart and we called the number, spoke to a real person and in minutes they resolved our issue! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay! Annoying Emails!

The stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and in good repair, and all of us loved it. We used the grill and patio and both balconies. Everyone loved having so many bathrooms. We had never had a golf cart before, and we loved it, too--so much that we didn't even drive our own car while we were there, just cavorted to the beach and restaurants in our sporty golf cart. It is probably the most pleasant trip to the Port A we've ever had. One more king bed would have been nice since this many people often consists of more than one family, but it's not a game-changer. One disappointing part was that, in the three weeks between making the reservation and actually going, I received 18 emails, mostly form letters, most of them duplicates, though some had conflicting information, such as the check out time. Two or three repeat messages concerned my "uploading" my driver's license and liability insurance card. I had already sent an email right to ask about since I had not found a place to "upload" it on the Web site or app. The friendly reply came to just send it by email, which I did.Then I got three or four more messages, every few days, it seemed, telling to upload one or both, so I emailed them again and again, thinking somehow my efforts had been unsuccessful. The last time I noted that I had sent them three times, and a kind personal reply came that they know, but some people aren't as nice as me(!) amd don't get them in so they send those reminders. Sheesh! Isn't there a way to prevent form emails to those who have already done it? At least, a line saying "if you have already done this, please disregard."Also, among the many reminders to bring salt and pepper, I would have appreciated a message saying to bring dishwashing detergent and laundry supplies. (There were two tabs of DW detergent, which is not enough for 4 days of a full house.) Other places we've stayed have had those kinds of supplies.

A lovely condo. A+ air conditioning and showers. Laundry room is appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. We needed a broom so we donated one to the condo. A few more towels would have been helpful. I would come back.

Best Condo on the Beach!

We've been going to Port A for over 10 years now, and Fin and Tonic is the absolute best condo we've stayed at! The layout of having two bedrooms, one bathroom, and laundry room on the ground level, along with one bedroom on each upper level was absolutely perfect for us! The pool was AMAZING, and the golf cart could not have been better! We plan to stay here many more times!

Spent the July 4th weekend here. Beautiful home and extremely spacious. The 3rd floor balcony was perfect for my morning coffee. I would book this location again. Only issue I had was with the golf cart, kept popping out of gear while in reverse, other than that, it was PERFECT.

Fun and Tonic

Fin and Tonic was a great house and location. The pool was perfect for the kids with the slide. We have used Silver Sands on several occasions and have always been very pleased.
