1825 Farmhouse - The frame of the 1825 Farmhouse was built at the same time as the 1825 Cottage (neighboring rental). The original staircase has been retained and refinished, showing the patina and warmth that only aged wood provides.

A covered patio that looks out over the 35 acres is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. This home features a large eat-in kitchen- a favorite place for families to cook and enjoy the camaraderie. There is one bedroom and a bath on the first floor; there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath plus a half bath on the second floor.

Three rental homes share the 35-acre well-maintained grounds. There is a scenic pond and a fire pit that is shared - build a fire and swap baseball philosophies under the peaceful stars. This property borders the Fly Creek Cider Mill and your host maintains a footpath to the Cider Mill.

Beautiful home and property. Felt like we were in heaven.

We were in town for our Cooperstown tournament and booked here. I am so glad we did! The owners who introduced themselves are just lovely people and so helpful. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. Stocked with anything you would need to cook dinners there. The property is stunning. Our boys spent more time fishing in the ponds there than anything else. So grateful we chose here over other properties we were looking at. You absolutely cannot go wrong booking this property. We were sad to leave!

Great place to Stay

We had the best time staying at this cute, spacious farmhouse. It was clean, had plenty of room and all the essentials we needed. It was nice to be able to cook out on food to help save on food costs. It’s about a 14 min drive to Dreams park and we didn’t multiple times a day with no problem. I would definitely recommend for a family that needs lots or room.

Spacious Farm House perfect for a family or other group

Spacious, comfortable, very well furnished restored farm house just outside of Cooperstown. Lots of room indoors, and a huge inviting backyard area with an awesome fire pit. Perfect place for a family or group to utilize. Beautiful house in a beautiful area!

Perfect Place to Stay!

Our husbands were all coaching at the Cooperstown ballpark and staying in the barracks. The wives agreed on this place to stay with our other children. It was a beautiful piece of property, the house was clean, and the owners went over and beyond to take care of us! There was nothing that I would change about our stay and would stay here again in the future! My only regret is that I wish we had more time to enjoy the property and the fun that was available.

Great accommodations in Fly Creek!!

We had a great stay in the Farmhouse. It was very clean and close to the parks and Main Street. The host was friendly and easily accessible, if needed. Everything is in the house, laundry, games, kitchen, linens, utensils, etc. and there is an amazing fire pit in back which we also enjoyed one night. Property is huge and so pretty! I highly recommend staying here when travelling to Cooperstown.

Location and cleanliness was absolutely amazing and the house was perfect.

The Farm house was amazing. Our 12 year old son played at Cooperstown Dream Park and staying this close was fantastic. The house is absolutely beautiful. Fly Creek is also located right down the street and is a gem. I would definitely recommend if you are coming to Cooperstown for any reason.

Perfect house on an incredibly beautiful piece of property

I take a group of guys to Cooperstown to play on Doubleday field, and have for several years now. This house was perfect for us, and in a great location, just a short, scenic and beautiful, drive from Cooperstown. House has everything you need, inside and outside, for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a great location for access to field and town. The house was very well keep and plenty of space for 4-6 people. I would recommend the Farmhouse at anyone!! The owners were extremely accommodating as well.

Amazing backyard with fire pit3. Furniture is dated but useable. Comfortable living room couches.4. Kitchen is huge, updated and has everything one would need.5. Very close to Fly Creek Mill.We had a great time in Cooperstown but only spent limited time at the house.

This stay was perfect for our family (Grandparents, spouse, myself, and our 2 year old son). It was close to all the attractions making it easy to get around with a toddler and working around his nap schedule. He loved roaming the property to look at the tractors and chickens. We were able to have a nice fire when his Aunt & Uncle stopped to visit. We had a hiccup with the keypad when we got there but the hosts brother was able to rectify it within 30 minutes of checking in. We were able to recommend a solution to the hosts if it happens again since we have the same keypad. The hosts were very friendly family oriented and very responsive when we needed it. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay

We loved this spot for our time at Cooperstown! Close to the ball fields, close to downtown Cooperstown! The hosts were SO sweet and we were able to really enjoy the property. There was a fun fire pit, a couple of little trails on the property and a couple of small ponds. We did some fishing between games and my kids LOVED it. The house was nice, worked well for our big family. Each room had its own AC unit and it worked great. We had one water issue that was dealt with/fixed within 10 minutes. We would come back again - the property had us all wishing we lived here!

Cooperstown visit

Awesome place. We only stayed for a couple days but the house was very clean. It has anything/everything we needed. House has a lot of old character to it. The owner is next door, suggested restaurants for us, and responded quickly to any texts with any questions I had. Future guests: Try New York Pizzeria! Also upstate bar/grille was very good too.

Pastoral and Peaceful

We truly enjoyed our stay at the 1825 Farmhouse! It is a very short drive into town and the property on which it is situated is beautiful! The house itself was very clean and the kitchen was well appropriated with utensils and cookware and updated appliances.The beds were comfortable. We did not use the fire pit but it is a nice touch, surrounded by open fields. The owner was close by and very hospitable. I definitely recommend this site, especially for large families or groups.

Old House - has all you need

Short 10 minute drive to CDP. House is very clean, but old. Wifi works great and house has everything you'll need to cook or do laundry. Not extremely private, as you're on top of the house next door. If you like fishing, bring a fishing pole, as there's nice fishing on the property. Owners were very responsive.
