The Playa Suite is the perfect spacious condo getaway! Bring the whole family to this bright 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom suite with it's own private elevator, heated saltwater pool, full kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer, outdoor terrace, fenced in backyard, and driveway parking in the quiet centrally located Bradenton Beach neighborhood. Just a 2 min walk to the beach, this spacious rental offers hypoallergenic bedding, hardwood floors, ceiling fans in each room and everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. This unit is part of a two unit building that shares the fenced backyard, grill and heated pool.

You will feel right at home with these great amenities :
- Starter set of toiletry supplies. -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap and blow dryer in each bathroom provided.
- Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys available for use.
- Clothes washing machine & dryer with laundry detergent in unit. Plus an iron & ironing board.
- Oven, microwave, toaster, dish washer, full size refrigerator, and coffee pot maker and k cup maker in the kitchen.

The property is wonderful. Very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The host is super responsive and awesome to work with.

The Playa Suite

Our stay here was above and beyond what we expected, it was big enough for our family had everything we needed and more and a quick walk to the beautiful turquoise beaches of the island !! We definitely would like to come back next year !!!!!!!

Anna Maria getaway

We enjoyed staying at the condo, with a short walking trip to the beach. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, as well as board games. The pool is private to the house but shared with another condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

GREAT Place in Holmes Beach

This a very nice property that is a two minute walk to the beach. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The amenities actually exceeded what was expected. This was our first time using Vrbo and the manager/owner made it very easy with great communication and documentation. Highly recommended this property and we will definitely book it again.

Fantastic location

My family and I loved our stay at this property. Everything was very clean and in great shape. The location was fantastic, a quick easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach equipment on the property to use. Our kids also loved playing in the pool. If there is someone staying in the floor above, you will hear them walking around. Not the property’s fault, just something to keep in mind if that is something that would bother you.

Expected better quality for the money!

Outdoor grill was cheep and not clean. Skillet warped and scratched coating.Refrigerator compressor might have been going out.. very annoying .Up stairs occupants were very loud. Master toilet had to be messed with to make it fill sometimes. Wish we had access to the roof top observatory!

We are within a short walking distance to the beach, and the unit has it's own private elevator entrance, full kitchen, living room with a new queen sofa sleeper couch, indoor and outdoor dining areas, heated pool, workout/game bonus room and beach chairs, cart, cooler, beach toys all at your disposal to use.
