Had an amazing week at this property! The pool and hottub were great! Even in August, having a hottub is a huge perk! Both were pristine the entire time. The property was very clean and the team was impressively prompt and helpful with their responses, both prior to and during our stay. Very reliable communication and maintenance!

To start, the host was super responsive! The house was as advertised in the photos, and our families got great use out of the pool table and outdoor pool. The location was perfect! Easy drive to Charleston, plenty of restaurants in the area, and just few steps from the beach! Rooms were clean, and we were so grateful they could accommodate all of our pets. We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue III !

Our family had a wonderful trip.This home has beautiful gathering areas that were suitable for toddlers as well as adults.The kitchen is very well stocked.The den is comfortable for lounging after spending time in the pool and at the beach which is an easy walk away.

Great family vacation beach house.

It was everything we hoped for. Especially loved the pool. We rented golf carts but the walk to the beach was so close we never used them for that. Very conveniently located and beautifully decorated. Would stay there again.

Family getaway

Our family came together from New York, Florida, Connecticut and Massachusetts for a week of fun and relaxation. The space was perfect. Located close to the beach and the incredible restaurants in Charleston. We all had a blast!

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time at this house. It was convenient for the large family and the pool was warm and wonderful. It was a short walk from the beach, which was convenient. Interactions with the property manager were excellent and they were very responsive when we needed them.

We stayed at this lovely home for almost a week and truly enjoyed it. The lay out was great for a large group and the backyard was wonderful for the kids. We were so close to the beach so it made it easy to make multiple trips a day. the host was great as well.

The house was about five minutes from the beach across a long boardwalk. The pool wasn’t as big as I had hoped that it would be. The first couple of days the water in the pool was too warm. Which made it not very refreshing. The furniture in the living room needs updated. As well as the stools in the game room. The pool table isn’t level, so the balls kind of roll down to one end of the table. You can see where they’ve tried to level it with a shim under one of the legs.The refrigerator in the kitchen is old and needs replaced. I would recommend the TV in the living room be put in the game room bedroom. There does not need to be two TVs in that small living space. It may be dog friendly, but there is no grass in the backyard and very small amount in the front yard. Exterminators showed up the day before we were supposed to leave. We needed to stay inside or vacate the premises for at least an hour. I feel like that could have been done after we left. Also, the maintenance men and or painters showed up before we had left and just lingered around until we packed up everything and headed out. Again, they should not even have been on premises until at least 10 o’clock, which was checkout time.

Wonderful!

This beach house was beautiful, clean and so much fun to stay in. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool and hot tub are fantastic and we loved having the pool table there. The kitchen is big and roomy and gorgeous. The weather was so nice all week and the walk to the beach was short and with a nice boardwalk to get there. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. One of the best beach houses we have ever stayed at.

Family Getaway

My family (ranging from grandparents to toddler grandchildren) wanted to take our first family vacation together and decided on the Charleston area. This home was a great mix for the price as we had plenty of amenities with this home, and we were a short walk from the beach. The house is updated and clean. And is within 30 mins of everything you could want to do from a tourist's perspective.

Overall everything was great in the house. The pool was just perfect for thr kids to enjoy while we prepared our dinner or when ee came back from a day of exploring Charleston. Fantastic stay!

We loved our stay at this property! We had an extended family group that came for a wedding in Charleston, and 14 of us stayed here without it feeling crowded. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are gorgeous and well-laid out, and we loved hanging out in the pool area! The house’s proximity to the beach was fantastic. Also, a big shoutout to the management company! Any questions or concerns were addressed almost immediately. When the AC stopped working, someone was at the house in less than 15 minutes! I highly recommend this amazing vacation home! Also has an EV charger which was super helpful.

Great house in a great location.

Loved the pool and that it is in the shade and private. Enjoyed the patio, screened in porch and upper deck. Large eating area and living room on the first floor accommodated our large group of 5 families. Grandkids enjoyed the game room which gave them a place to be "kids;. The proximity to the beach was great and just a short walk. Only negative was three bedrooms accommodating 4 adults and 3 children shared one bathroom on the second floor, not counting the master suite. If you want to visit Charleston it is only a 20 minute drive.
