Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to be onsite quickly if a need arises.

The historic Litch Hotel sits at the corner of Main and River Street in charming Downtown Enterprise. Known for its peaceful, slower pace compared to the bustling nearby town of Joseph, many guests love the tranquility of Enterprise. And when you're ready for adventure, Joseph is just a quick 10-minute drive away, offering easy access to the stunning Wallowa Lake and the outdoor wonders of Eagle Cap Wilderness. It's the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration!

Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! 😅), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! Now, you’ll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while you’re making that midnight snack 🍕. The entryway outside your unit is the only shared space, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like — no one’s around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! đŸ˜ŽđŸ›‹ïž

NOISE CONSIDERATIONS:

🔊NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasn’t built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways. Note this unit is adjacent to a main 2nd floor staircase. Most of our guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a nice time.

The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if you’re looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isn’t the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door. We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel!

Please be courteous let us know in advance if you’ll have extra guests. We don’t provide extra linens or supplies beyond the base rate, and unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

đŸŸPET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.

NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
đŸ’ČPET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 + tax per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing any pups.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEAN UP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.

đŸ‘šâ€đŸ‘©â€đŸ‘§â€đŸ‘Š CHILDREN: The Litch Hotel welcomes families, but due to the age and historic nature of the building, the property is not ideally suited for children under the age of 8. The building’s design, with thin walls and floors, allows sound to easily travel between units. Young children’s natural energy—running, jumping, and playing—can result in noise that significantly impacts the comfort of neighboring guests. If you are traveling with children under 8, we ask that you carefully consider whether the Litch is a good fit for your family’s needs. If you end up visiting, please understand the unique nature of the property and ensure your children are mindful of noise levels throughout your stay.

🔑CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:

COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.

⏰CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour.

🚭NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.

🎉PARTIES: Require prior approval.

🕧QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

🛌BEDS: Our beds include medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love but occasionally a guest finds too firm.

đŸ“čSECURITY: A video doorbell is in place on the exterior of the entrance.

đŸšȘENTRANCE DETAILS: This unit's front door opens directly onto the main thoroughfare in Enterprise. Blinds provide complete privacy and street noise has not been a significant concern to past guests.

đŸȘŸVENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.

đŸ§șWASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
