Enjoy a cozy meal at the small dining table by the front window, using locally handcrafted plates, bowls, and coffee cups. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, where a leather sofa beckons you to unwind in front of a large HD Smart TV—your home away from home!

Outdoor Space
The front door opens to a small, shared vestibule with our neighboring unit, "Sacajawea." You’re just a short stroll away from several local dining spots and a quick drive to the breathtaking Wallowa Lake, with endless outdoor adventures in the nearby Eagle Cap Mountains. Parking? No worries! There's plenty of on-street parking around the block, and in over a year of hosting, no guest has ever had trouble finding a convenient spot.

Parking? Easy peasy! Free parking is right outside, so no need to stress about finding a spot.

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES

🔊NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasn’t built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways.

The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if you’re looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isn’t the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door.

We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel!

🐾PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.

🐶PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
💲PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately a week before your visit.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEAN UP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CHILDREN: The Litch Hotel welcomes families, but due to the age and historic nature of the building, the property is not ideally suited for children under the age of 8. The building’s design, with thin walls and floors, allows sound to easily travel between units.
Young children’s natural energy—running, jumping, and playing—can result in noise that significantly impacts the comfort of neighboring guests.

If you are traveling with children under 8, we ask that you carefully consider whether the Litch is a good fit for your family’s needs. If you end up visiting, please understand the unique nature of the property and ensure your children are mindful of noise levels throughout your stay.

🔑CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.

⏰CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour .

🚭NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.

🎉PARTIES: Require prior approval.

🕧QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

🛌BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.

📹SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell is installed in the exterior entryway.

🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

🪟VENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.

Another Great Stay at the Litch Hotel

This was my third time staying at the Litch, in three different rooms now. It was comfortable and clean. The beds are great, it is our go to for any trip to Wallowa County.

The condo was wonderful. It was in walking distance to many restaurants. It looked like it had been newly remodeled. The air condition was a plus for the summer.. I would definitely stay there again on a future trip.

This is a unique option for accommodations in this area. You can hear sound transfer from the adjacent unit, but otherwise it was a comfortable, clean, and upscale place to stay in a stunningly beautiful area of Oregon. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

This property is so well done. Smartly decorated, good layout, comfortable furniture and really nice touches ( locally crafted pottery, air purifier, diffuser) and spotlessly clean. The owner was in touch for anything we needed ( had a brief 5 minute Wi-Fi outage). Great location in downtown Enterprise. We will definitely stay there again.

This is our third stay at the Litch Properties in Enterprise. Everything is absolutely first class!

The Litch Properties are an incredible treasure. Growing up in the county I have very fond memories of the stores that used to occupy the ground spaces of the hotel and the McKee brothers have done a wonderful job of maintaining the "feel" of the property and area while creating first-class spaces to stay, work remotely, play and relax.

Cozy yet spacious

This is a wonderful place to stay, right off the main road going through Enterprise. Conveniently located in walking distance to several restaurants back dropped by breathtaking mountains. We used the loft area as an office while we worked during our stay. The kitchen is large and accommodating. Lots of natural light from the front windows.

This is an amazing rental!!! Literally one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented!! Nothing we could have wanted more and so easy to access. Parking directly in front is amazing for loading/unloading. And the interior is so beautifully decorated! Felt like such a treat to stay here!

We are very happy returners to this fantastic option in Enterprise and we will return again. It is spotless upon arrival and the property manager is easily reached if question ever arise. We love the unique regional touches throughout the space that remind us that we are visiting one of the most beautiful regions of the West.

Very nicely done. The only negative was that we were on vacation therefore wanted to sleep in a little. Loud walking or banging started around 7:30 am. Besides that it was a great location and very nice. Well done rental In Enterprise !!!
