Welcome to unit #213 - Four Point Lighthouse, a cool coastal condo right on Water Street! This beautiful, 1 bedroom condo has been completely remodeled and filled with brand new furnishings for your enjoyment. The view from the balcony is dreamy, overlooking the lagoon and Aransas Bay. The balcony is furnished with four bar height chairs and table for meals or cocktails along with 2 lower chairs and side table for morning coffee. Wake up early to watch gorgeous sun rises and the shore birds getting their breakfast.

The living room is sweet and complete with a comfortable couch that is also a queen size sleeper, a recliner, bar stools, dining table and chairs. There is also a large flat screen cable TV and complimentary WIFI. The chef's kitchen is very well equipped for all meals and fully stocked with essentials and extras to make entertaining a breeze. The bedroom is cozy and very inviting with a king-sized bed, night tables with lamps, and a flat screen cable TV with DVD player. The bathroom has a huge tiled walk-in shower. A queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and additional 2 inch memory topper will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for 2 more guests in the living room. The entire condo is filled with charming coastal art and decor so you can walk in, leave the world behind and enjoy your stay! You can even bring your furbabies along (2 dogs maximum).

While you are visiting, don't forget to enjoy all of the amenities of Laguna Reef, including the swimming pool and hot tub, the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier and the BBQ area. Also explore Rockport's great restaurants, Rockport Beach, the Big Tree, go bird-watching, take long walks and enjoy the fabulous wildlife you will certainly see, from pelicans, spoonbills, herons, whooping cranes and hummingbirds, to porpoises frolicking in the bay.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. Check out a list of restaurants in Rockport on our site under activities and attractions. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

Notice: The Laguna Reef spa is temporarily out of order due to ongoing repairs. The hot tub gets to temperature, but no jets available at this time.

Good spot!

This condo is perfect for one person, a couple or perhaps up to 4. The living room is not close to the bedroom, so if somebody wants to nap, no problem. Kitchen well equipped.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our group of three enjoyed a relaxing getaway over a long weekend. The condo is updated and comfortable with multiple accents of turquoise - my favorite color! Rockport is not really built for beaching but there is a great walk available out on the jetty across the street and convenient and quick access to shops and restaurants. The condo itself is located right above the pool so if you're looking for quiet time on the large balcony keep kids' activity hours in mind. The staff was courteous and helpful and they have towels for the pool! We will definitely be back.

I would’ve liked to know that the unit was near the elevator. Can hear every time someone used it. I wouldn’t have the light and fan in the bathroom on the same switch.

Clean, Beautiful, Peaceful

My husband, our pup Indy, and I had a wonderful stay! It was just what we needed; a peaceful and relaxing get-away. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed. The place is decorated beach-y and it's super cute. You can't beat the view from the balcony and there is a private pier you can fish from with a cleaning station! The immediate beach does have a lot of oyster shells, so it's hard on feet and paws at the water's edge, but there is still plenty of sand to enjoy, and other beaches a quick walk or drive away. The surrounding community is quiet and with fun shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches! It was easy having our dog Indy with us. There are stairs, an elevator, and a dog waste station right outside. There is also an amazing off-leash dog park at Memorial park all the way in the back a quick drive away and lots of nature trails and beach walks for on-leash time. We found the entire Rockport community SUPER dog-friendly. Almost all the restaurants that had a balcony allow pups! Our fave was Paradise Key which is right down the road. Could not recommend this place enough. As soon as we walked in the door it felt like home and we could immediately relax. Thank you!

Property is dealing with amenity issues...condo was great!

We loved our condo, very clean, updated and well appointed and stocked. We really brought too much stuff not knowing that the owner thought of nearly everything we should need. We will likely book again. Now for the issues, and the owner of the condo has nothing to do with them. The elevator was on the fritz or being serviced or whatever. Not really a big deal, using the stairs is fine. However, when you bring too much stuff and you are worn out at the end of your vacation, bringing all that stuff down the stairs was problematic. Maybe I just need to be in better shape. Then there was the pool, no light at night, so they had to close the pool early for safety reason, totally get it, but would be nice to relax after hard day of play and after most kids have gone down for the evening. And, to that point, the hot tub was broken and covered with a tarp. Its going to take some serious effort to get the green algae soup out of it once they fix it. Also, the pool had quite a bit of algae, on the second day, but seemed to be cleared up the next. Heavy usage may want the property to consider checking chemicals a couple of times of day. All in all, I get it and have run a resort and no the pitfalls of the beast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pier was nice and made for easy fishing. We will likely be back.

We apologize for the inconvenience! I can see how it's a bit problematic when we have one elevator and it being worked on. The Hot Tub is closed down until the part comes in, and we apologize it wasn't available for use during your stay. Our staff does try vacuuming and having the pool looking decent every morning, so I am glad it was better the following day. We look forward to having you back, and we appreciate your understanding on the issues that occurred.

Rockport was experiencing cooler than average temps the first week of March. We're still enjoyed our get away from the Ohio snow and my husband was thrilled to be able to be fishing. Every staff person from your maintenance, cleaning, pool and front desk were friendly and helpful. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful week in Rockport and at Laguna Reef #213. Your team is awesome! Norma and Samantha were always friendly and very helpful. From my initial booking phone call to asking about dining and other attractions in the area, they always were very helpful.

End of year 2021 vacation

Everything was as promised. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The town of Rockport during this time of year was a perfect place for a nice quiet vacation.

This unit is one of the best we have stayed in.

This unit is one of the best we have stayed in. I always bring everything I need but in the event I forgot anything this unit was stocked with all necessities and then some. Only thing I would change is a coffee pot with a timer! Love all the amenities and cleanliness!
