We all had an amazing time! Kiddos enjoyed the pool, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Being able to have the whole family together is always a blessing. House was clean and spacious.We had everything we needed for cooking readily available. Definately will be returning.

My family and I enjoyed our stay with our family for spring break. The property was exactly as described. We had no issues what so ever and our stay was peaceful. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great for the family!!!!

We had a great time at this property! The pool and deck was were we spent most of our time we sat on the deck and watched dolphins, sunsets and the thunderstorms. Great place all together thank you!

Great place for my annual family vacation!

The house is beautiful, great location. The pool was a big bonus for my grandkids which they enjoyed it tremendously. Check-in was super easy love had they use the keyless entry. We had a great time so glad I chose his place for our annual family vacation. Noticed that there were no Dishwasher pod so we had to go and get some which was fine speedy response from the staff They did offer to bring them out, but I told them no worries. We would just go get our own.

Tropical Storm

We were not able to stay at hook, wine, and sinker due to the tropical storm caused damage to the location. Miss Kitty the rental property management team were able to put us in the house called Rockapulco and this property was above and beyond our expectations.

Hidden away from Everyone

The property is a great place to stay at. It's location is tucked away at the very end of a road so traffic is very minimal. We loved the feel of the home and the inside was very nicely decorated. The pool was too cold to use but it looked very nice. The dock area with the table and everything was a great addition. I didn't fish but i would've enjoyed using the area. The upper deck overlooking the bay was so relaxing. Really enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs and listening to the waves crash against the walls n piers.

The water was warm but not hot. I tried to get it fixed but never was able to. As great of a place as this was, i would not stay there again because of the luke warm water

Hook Wine & Sinker was the perfect house for our family!! It was 3 adults and two 15 year olds. The beds were really comfortable, the bathrooms were really clean, and the porch upstairs was beautiful with a beautiful view!! The house was fun to be in! We jammed the speaker in the living room while we played dominoes and cards! We spent most of our time in the back yard, in the pool, barbecuing, jamming music, and fishing. So fun! Perfect location! We will be back!! Thank you so much!!

Nice place but no common bathroom all bathrooms are in bedrooms and 1 bedroom with no bathroom down stairs had a TV but didn't work and the refrigerator down stairs was not cleaned

Marginal and a little disappointing

The good: It was clean inside and overall nicely decorated. The a/c worked good. The beds were comfortable. The not so good: We never had hot water. All 5 of us showered in cool to luke warm water. I called maintenenance and they came out and checked the on demand water heater. It worked for about 10 minutes after they left. We spent 5 days without hot water. The master bath sink does not drain. There was only 2 trash bags for us to use. We were asked to run the dishwasher when we left but were not provided with dishwater tablets (we went and purchased some). The kitchen is not very well supplied with utinsels. There are very few kitchen implements needed for cooking. The mixer (my wife tried to make me a birthday pie) has 1 beater. The downstairs bedroom and laundry room smells horrible and nobody could possibly stay in there. It was difficult to even go in there to do laundry. I understand that there was rain prior to our stay but I had to call and asked for the yard to be mowed. It has not been mowed or the weeds trimmed in weeks. The grass was a foot tall and the flower beds were/are growing out into the walk ways. They did come mow and that did help with the mosquitos. Bring trash bags, dishwater tabs, soap, shampoos and anything that they might need to cook your meals in addition to pots/pans/silverware.
