Great place, great location. Toaster was broken and the pillows are very flat. Great layout and good yard for our puppy to play in!

Pet friendly house

Close to the beach, fishing and restaurants. Worked great for my family and two spoiled dogs. The AC worked great as well and had a washer and drier.

Just a short drive to the ferry. Easy access to local stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and a comfortable home to enjoy family time.

Great Escape

Comfortable and homey house with great access to everything we wanted to do on our family vacation. We enjoyed being able to have out pets with us and were grateful for the privacy on the property and access to many grocery and gas options.

Loved the property for the dogs! They appreciated the back yard. There are ants, spiders and roaches in the house so you may want to have pest control go by and give it a good spray.

We enjoyed our stay

This was actually a spacious 3 bedroom house. We had our old dog with us for a trip to beach and he loved the back yard. Also the hose out back was great to wash him off. The kitchen was a bit older but was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and all appliances worked.

Great Basic Home

We picked this place to bring our boat and dog. Not fancy but clean and functional with a big driveway and backyard. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early. AC worked great and bed was comfortable.

Family spring break

This house is very close to stores in town like HEB to grab food. Short drive to the ferry and the beach. Neighborhood seemed quiet when we stayed there. The house has most everything you might need but one thing that was a little odd was a dishwasher sitting in the kitchen/dining area but was not hooked up to anything. Bedrooms were a bit small but that's ok for a short term stay. Spacious common area. Overall it was a good stay.

The washer was broken dishwasher was filthy. Property management horrible. I would like a full refund. The office staff are giving us the run around.

Jessica, as was mentioned via email and during our phone conversations, we are very sorry that you were disappointed with this home. You called our maintenance team with information that the dishwasher was not usable, and that the washing machine did not work either. Upon hearing that, we offered to bring you fresh linens (which you declined) and to provide you with quarters for the local laundromat ( which you also declined). Upon inspecting the home after your departure neither the maintenance technician nor the housekeeping staff could find anything wrong with either appliance, it was determined to be user error. Regardless of that, we still have provided you with a partial refund due to the inconvenience that apparently had a negative effect on your stay. We do not feel that a full refund for your stay is appropriate considering that we offered you several solutions to the alleged problem, and then our team was unable to actually determine that a problem existed. Again, we do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your stay.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay, and we would stay again. The house is right in Aransas Pass, so you're minutes from everything, including the HEB. The only complaint we had is that the mattresses seemed like older, spring mattresses so our backs hurt after sleeping on them. But for a few nights it's manageable.

Quaint house close to heb

We came down with some family to fish and had a wonderful stay. The master bed could use a memory foam topper like the twin beds, and the bathrooms were very small, but otherwise great experience.

Loved it

The house was very pleasant and provided us with everything we needed. We were able to take both our dogs with no worries, as the backyard provided awesome space for them to roam. I would definitely rent this place again!
