MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

Enjoy the grand sunsets of Panama City Beach from the gorgeous 7th story 2 BR 2 BA getaway at Shores of Panama 727. This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, with a second room hosting twin bunks. The common area also hosts a full-size sleeper sofa. This unit includes a parking space on the same level of the building allowing you to enter the property without using the building elevators!

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for one parking pass and 6 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2024 cost is $90 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great place to stay.

This property was a good stay. The location is great and it was clean. I wish it was better stocked with toiletries and beach towels, but other than that, it was wonderful.

The apartment/condo was in a great location. Easy to access attraction, both driving and walking. Beach very clean, pool excellent. Only cons was the mattress in main suite is a bit worn out. Could have been more comfortable. We had a great time, Thanks

Winter vacation

Everything was great except we were disappointed the hot tub was not working on the property. Beautiful condo with incredible views! It was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place with a great view/location!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Great view, very clean, fun pool, easy beach access, and great location for fun bars and restaurants. Only warnings would be slow elevators during busy seasons (this seemed typical - we had slow elevators at another hotel we stayed at while in PCB) and the twin bedroom was smaller than expected (but it worked!). Tip - bring your own beach towels!

We always enjoy the Shores of Panama and this condo was no exception. The condo was just as listed. The management company communicated very well with us and we really enjoyed this unit Would stay here again.

Had a great stay

I picked shores of Panama because I’ve stayed there before, there was a lot more walking than I remembered but I did have kids with me this time. It’s a prime location so was pretty packed, especially on the beach and getting on the elevator was a task. I like this place but with kids will probably find somewhere less crowded next time

Perfect for family getaway

Everything went super smoothly. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had all necessities. If I had to say something negative only complaint would be the elevators were very slow and it was usually a long wait.

Great location and security. The only thing we did not like was the parking for registration. I would prefer to register and pay parking and armbands online and be waiting for us on arrival. The 15 minute parking area was difficult to park in and very stressful.

Shores of Panama satisfaction

Check in, communication, parking, cleanliness, TVs/satellite, wifi, kitchen layout/items all satisfactory. View more of pool than the gulf, but okay with us. 7th floor location better than higher up, less stairs/elevators, easier parking. We have stayed in the Shores of Panama 5 times and would stay here again.

The location of the unit was perfect, the decor was up to date, the unit was very clean, we had all we needed, there was issue with dryer but it was resolved very promptly, would recommend and stay again.

Great condo and location

I give the unit itself 5/5 stars. I stayed here with my 18 year old. The property is very clean and the kitchen is nicely updated. I loved the balcony, the pool and beach access. The only draw back was the building’s elevators were busy or broken down the duration of our visit. Luckily this unit is only on the 7th floor, we are in excellent shape (we took the stairs)and the parking space is also on the same floor. The parking space on the same level was our saving grace. If we would have had to haul a wagon or anything to the beach it would have been unbearable to wait 50+ minutes for the single elevator that was working.

This property is centrally located in Panama City Beach, directly next door to one of PCBs most popular restaurants (Pineapple Willies). This property is just a short drive from Pier Park on the west end, and equally convenient to the St. Andrews state park on the east end. Not to mention one of the best resort pools you can find on the gulf coast!
