Bring the whole family to this spacious and airy house with lots of room for fun. House comes with everything you will need for your vacation. Spend time by the pool (not heated) or drive to Tarpon Springs and try authentic Greek food. Swim with Manatees at Weeki Wachee. Close to beaches, state parks, restaurants and local attractions. Approximately 40 minutes from Tampa Airport.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway situated in a safe and quiet residential area. There is a large tropical back yard with deck overlooking the river where you can relax and enjoy the tropical breeze and fish. 20 minutes from beautiful beaches, 40 minutes from Clearwater.

The space comprises of living room, dining area, full kitchen, family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has AC and heating. The kitchen has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The living area and family room both have smart TV's with Netflix and the wifi is free.

Linens and towels provided.

There is a small farm over the water at the back of the house with a resident donkey, which most guests find amusing. The farm animals can sometimes be loud.

There is a river behind the house. When it rains the garden can sometimes get waterlogged.

The beds were very comfortable. Spacious house. The lanai and pool area nice. Not heated but my 35 year old daughter jumped in everyday!!! Loved it. The donkey and roosters did a lot of talking!!! It was awesome! You are not far from new port Richey downtown, catches waterfront, st Pete’s Clearwater, Hudson beach…I would definitely recommend this home to all. Had a great stay!!

We are from Texas and came and stayed for a week. We truly loved staying at this property it was beautiful inside and out. The owners were quick to respond if we had any issues or concerns. Neighborhood was super quiet. The pool was relaxing and clean as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful 9 nights staying here. The house was exactly as described in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The owners were unbelievably kind and flexible and went out of their way to help us before and during our stay.If we return to this area we will 100% look at rebooking this house!

We enjoyed our stay In this home. It was very clean and spacious! The pool was perfect and felt very private and secluded from neighbors. It was easy to find, and convenient to Tampa. Would stay here again!

Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Pool is a very nice edition. Cozy bed! Not far from the downtown area with all the restaurants and bars.

Wonderful properry in New Port Richey

The house and property were beautiful. Perfectly equiped and comfortable. Listing photos didn't do it justice. Lovely pool and covered patio were perfect. A deck overlooking a pond was an extra treat. One of the best we've stayed in.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The home was also well-stocked with chairs, coolers, and pool toys. The property management team was very responsive and helpful when I had a few questions. The highlight for me was the beautiful pool and grounds. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

New Port Richey House

Home was very clean inside when we arrived. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. Pool was very nice but not heated but we were ware of that before renting. Lanai was quite nice also. The only thing that dissappointed us was the gas grill was not useable. Very bad condition.

Family getaway

Our recent stay at this property was fantastic, an absolute gem. Great accommodations and host, Allison provided great communication throughout the stay. We throughly enjoyed the property and amenities it was exactly as described in the listing. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. From start to finish my family loved, everything about this rental exceeding our expectations. Highly recommended

So perfect!

This house was so great! Especially with my 4 year old. The pool was a big hit! It’s not heated but with the hot weather it’s actually really nice. The sun is on the pool most of the day as well. The property was super clean. Pool was super clean. The host was super easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This is also such a nice location to things to do in Tampa. Easy and short drives. Would definitely stay here again!

60th birthday girls trip

We stayed at this home for my 60th birthday celebration. From the start, the owners were quick to respond and communicated well. The location was perfect for visiting surrounding areas. Tarpon Springs had so much to offer for a day trip. Dunedin was also close by and we visited honeymoon island. The house was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. So easy to feel at home. Everything made our stay enjoyable! We were so happy, we are planning a trip to visit again!
