Lovely waterfront condo

Apartment condo with a secluded balcony, overlooking the peaceful water. You will enjoy all the amenities that a 5-star hotel will offer, like the infinity pool with a bar that delivers delicious food and cocktails, jacuzzi, gym. Also, you can watch amazing sunset from the rooftop deck.
The condo is located a few steps from the beach and the boardwalk, where you can enjoy all the activities and different restaurants.
The unit features a fridge, kitchen with utensils, coffee machine, blender, microwave to start your journey. The resort provides supplies like toilet paper , shower gel, shampoo, conditioner for the 5 days.After the 5 days you can requested to replenish the supplies and new linens and towel.Important note ( we do not provide extra supplies and we do not charge for extra guests).The bedroom has a king-size bed with TV, and the living room has a sofa bed with TV where extra guests can sleep. The apartment has a deck chairs.The resort provide Beach chair and towel so you can enjoy the Hollywood Beach.Everything is created to make your vacation unforgettable.

If you have to check in earlier than 4pm or check out later than 11 am. Please make a request when booking.
IMPORTANT
It is a non-smoking condo. Please respect the nonsmoking policy
A resort fee is required upon check in on site and it is $40 + tax per day/room .Also, a one-time fee of $50 charged by the hotel for reservation.
For parking it is valet, and they charge $40+ tax per night. The other options are regular street parking. You don’t need a car everything is within walking distance or UBER that probably will cost you less. Hollywood beach is at the top for tourist destinations, especially for family. You are basically at the center of all the entertainments that Fort Lauderdale and Miami have to offer and very close to the FLL airport, about 7 to 10 minutes’ driving.
You also must remember that the condo is privately owned and does not participate in the hotel program so there is no housekeeping or room service during your stay. We do have a noise alert to monitor the noise so we can be compliant with the city of Hollywood. We do not have any video or audio surveillance in the unit. ALSO IF YOU HAVE A DOG that will be an extra fee 150$ per stay.The resort is a dog friendly resort but they do charge a fee for dog.

Great location

Great location, just a block from the beach and many restaurants. And the water view off the balcony provided great sunsets. The apartment was clean and had what we needed, and the rooftop was amazing

The AC is fixed and work perfectly now .It was not working at his best and you were right .I know in south Florida AC is very important because it is hot all the time.As soon as I realize it was not working properly I diligently make sure sure it was fixed .My goal is to make my guest happy and satisfy with the place.Thank you for the comment.

Great Holiday stay

This was our 5th time staying at Costa and this was by far our favorite unit we have stayed in. The layout was perfect! Having bar stools instead of a kitchen table was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing at coffee time in the morning or stunning sunsets in the evening. The master bedroom was the largest we have had and we loved having two windows. This host was on top of everything when we communicated with her. 100% enjoyed our stay.

Extra fees

We didn’t know that our apartment was in a hotel/ resort. If we knew it was Costa Hotel we could have done more research. We found out at check in that there was a$30 a day resort fee . Otherwise very happy.

Great place and location

The rooftop pool and bar is amazing. I was surprised at how many kids were in the pool because it looks like an adult type place. My son had kids to play with so it was nice. I would suggest a pot holder and simple instructions for the stove/oven. I also would suggest heavier blankets and more of them. The bed was super comfortable! We loved the decor and style of the room. Our host was great but even though we were granted an early check-in, the cleaning wasn’t done. In fact, many people in line to check in after 4 were mad because the rooms weren’t ready yet. Others weren’t told about the resort fee, so I’m super happy our host put it in the listing. We definitely would stay again!

Things to be aware of...

The location is great as far as food and exploring goes. It's close to the beach and all the seafood you can eat! However.... 1. I was charged extra for checking in early and that was not mentioned when I inquired if that could be done with the owner of the unit. They simply said "you can check in early." 2. The check in process and what access I had at the unit was very confusing- I never was sent check in instructions and had to frequently research when I wanted to be relaxing. 3. The unit was NOT clean AT ALL. The owner let me know I should have reached out to the hotel to have them clean it- however it should have been clean when I arrived. I ended up wiping walls, sweeping, and scrubbing the shower to ensure where I stayed was taken care of. The cleaning fee should be reimbursed.

I am so sorry you were disappointed for the service.My intention is to provide my guest a condo with a beautiful view at a lower price per night so in a way it cushion the extra fees that they charged at the hotel.I remembered that you were very persistent on checking early and did send an email to the hotel so they can check you in but I was unaware of the extra fees that they charge you and I apologize for the lack of communication.Unfortunately,I do not have any control of the cleanings since the hotel assumes this responsibility and they charge automatically the owner.This is the reason why I responded you that you should have requested a cleaning at the front desk as soon as you saw the room was not cleaned.I don’t want my guest to spend their time on a dirty room while they are having a good time that is not what I am promoting.Again my apologies

Best Location!

The resort itself is great! The doorman and valet were very nice and attentive. Always positive and professional. The grounds were well kept, clean, and smelled nice. Walking distance to the beach was perfect and the chairs reserved for us every day was convenient. The service at the chair hut was always pleasant, greeted with smiles and hustle. The unit itself was clean, AC nice and cold, located right off elevator which was super convenient. Absolutely no noise coming from the elevator or traffic below. Super quiet and peaceful. There was noise outside on balcony from the hustle of traffic during morning and evening but that’s to be expected. There is no washer and dryer in the unit, which was misleading in the description, however there is laundry down the hall that is very easy and convenient pay with your phone. Kitchen was basic amenities, if you expect to cook bring your favorite pans and tools. There were no kitchen towels or pot holders. There were a couple of issues when we arrived, but the owner/contact person had them fixed by the next day. The owner or contact person was a little rude perhaps a language barrier but they got it done. The pool on the roof went into renovations for 10 days during our stay, wish we would have known this because we would have stayed elsewhere. But we made the best out of the beach and had a great time.

Great Location!

We’ve stayed in this building before, but first time at this unit. Location of the unit is perfect with a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway as well as the balcony. Unit has lots of space. It was just my wife & I, but a family or 4-5 could fit comfortably here. The bedroom was comfortable with the plush bed, but never pulled out the sofa bed to see it. Kitchen space was great as well with a full kitchen to cook if you’re wanting to. They have a blender & toaster if you’re needing those. I would suggest bringing dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as there was no dish soap and 1 roll of paper towel and tp to start you out. There is no baking sheet if you’re wanting to cook something that would require it or oven mits. Other than that the space was clean and comfortable! 30 second walk to the beach with lots of restaurants, local shops and views to take in! Comes with beach chairs & umbrella that you can take down with you or you can get beach chairs on the beach. Roof top pool & hot tub access is what we love about this spot. Food & drink options throughout the day/night with some beautiful views of the ocean and waterway. We used the gym as well when we were here & has what you’d need to do a decent workout (walking, running or lifting). That’s 24/7 access. Overall, we loved this unit & would definitely stay here again!

Hollywood Beach

I don’t even know where to begin, but I will start with “WE LOVE THIS CONDO”. For us it was just perfect. We came to Florida for a Dolphins football game what we left with was an experience of a lifetime! We are huge boat people, we bought our 1st boat when we were teenagers (now in our 60’s), and to arrive when all the yachts are coming in for the FLIBS was more than we could ever dream! We spent most of our visit on the amazing little deck that looks over the Intracoastal Waterway! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the employees at Costa Hollywood are some of the most polite individuals we have ever encountered!
