We had an amazing time staying here. The house is very unique and had the best well stocked kitchen I have experienced. We had teenagers in our group and they were never lacking something to do. The garage had beach activities, boogie boards, surfboard, boche ball, beach chairs, beach towels. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating throughout. We played Left Right Center at the dining room table, BBQ's on the patio and could not get enough pictures as there is so many settings. Sunrise to sunset, waves, walks, relaxing in the sand. Best vacation memories created. Hope to come back again. Thank you for your quick responses and everyone was so nice.

Amazing place to stay. We have stayed here multiple times with our kids and grandkids. Everyone looks forward to the trip as the unique home has enough space for everyone with rooms opening up to an enclosed courtyard. You are right on the ocean with a sandy backyard where the grandkids can play. The kitchen has everything we needed. It is always a wonderful stay.

We spend summer vacation in CA every few years and always stay somewhere different. This place was our favorite compared to other homes over the past 25 years. We may not want to try any other place in the future. Great home, location and host.

Great Generational Family Retreat

Lovely home with charm and history. Spacious property with games, books, beach toys and a well stocked kitchen. Our kids and grandkids throughly enjoyed our week at 6 St. Malo.

Always an incredible experience

We love staying here with our families. This is our 4th summer in a row and I don’t see us stopping! They have everything you would need in the kitchen and the beach which makes it the perfect beach house stay!

Amazing Property

We did a Memorial Day weekend trip with our kids and grandkids (nine adults and three children). This property was amazing. The layout is so unique, so easy to cook with all the needed kitchen tools, and just relaxing to sit outside looking over the ocean. The property is so clean, the host is so easy to communicate with. We will be staying here again next year!

Perfect family reunion home

It was our second time staying here and we loved it even more this time than the first. We had three generations in the home and every family had their space. The kids loved the sand and the adults appreciated the perfectly stocked kitchen. Thank you for everything, Lela.

Amazing family vacation

We’ve stayed in Oceanside before and had always been curious about this niche neighborhood. The home was fantastic for our family of 10 and the views cannot be beat. All the amenities were plus as we played pickle ball every morning. The neighbors and security staff were very friendly as was the owner who was extremely attentive. We would highly recommend staying in here and hope to be back soon!

Beach Estate

Great house right on the water. We had 4 families stay at this house and had plenty of space to all come together or all go to our private areas. Cute gated community with lots of things for everyone to do: pickle ball, tennis, volleyball, hide and seek and a private beach area.

Like staying at a friends home.

This home is beautiful, warm & inviting. So much character & history in this little community. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were clean & comfortable as well as plenty of bathrooms & areas to relax & enjoy the ocean which is right out the back door. Wonderful patios & private stretch of sand. I hope I can stay again in the future!

The best!!!

We stayed for my nephews wedding in Carlsbad. There were 11 of us. The house is so spacious and unique. The courtyard full of flowers. The ocean breeze and sound of the waves were fantastic. We recommend this wonderful home. We will think of coming back for sure.

Stunning views in a comfortable and inviting place

I really enjoyed staying here. This is definitely one of my top accommodations that I've enjoyed- ever! The house was really comfortable, had impeccable style and was well appointed with kitchen items, entertainment and incredible views. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Beach access was easy and there's excellent outdoor beach-facing entertaining spaces. I'm quite grateful that this family has been kind enough to share this awesome place with guests. :)

Beach bliss

This home was the perfect space for our group. The location is incredible in a very charming neighborhood and right on the beach. Each person in our group had their own bedroom and there was plenty of space for gathering together inside and outside. The kitchen is incredibly well organized (every drawer labeled!) and very well appointed with nice appliances, three types of coffee makers and dual Bosch refrigerators. If you want to gather with friends or family this is an excellent choice. We are already talking about booking again!

The kitchen was awesome. They had everything you need and a lot of room for 2-4 people to work together. The house was perfect for our family. The 1st floor had my son, wife, in one room with their own bathroom then the 2 boys shared a room with a bathroom and the 3 girls shared a room with their own bathroom. kids, On the other side was my other son and his 2 teenage girls. They had their own room but shared the bathroom. Downstairs, my daughter and her husband stayed with their own bathroom. My husband and I stayed in the apartment. Plenty of room to have privacy, yet see each other. The sunsets were incredible.

Wonderful wedding week

Lela and Nadia were so helpful and kind. The house worked great as a place for family to come and go the week of my sons wedding. Open space for people to relax and the kitchen was glorious. We love to cook and entertain and we had everything we needed to keep the family group happy. Just a few steps away was the cabana and volleyball net which kept the younger ones occupied. Most of the rooms are adjoined and because its an older house, some rooms got colder than others but each room had the perfect amount of glorious bedding and a comforter thickness that suited each bedrooms temp. I love details. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Lela!
