Please note that the shared spaces include the living room with a sofa bed. This is a second floor unit.

Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! This apartment offers convenient access to various transportation options. You'll find ample free street parking right outside. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Public transportation options, including local buses, are readily available, providing easy access to Ocean City's attractions and surrounding areas. Consider using ride-sharing services for added convenience. Please note that travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.

QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Great condo with more than enough space for myself, husband and 4 kids. John was great with communication and responded within minutes of sending a text. Quiet location and within walking distance to all the great shops on Ashbury. 1/2 block from Acme, so getting items that may have been missed in packing. Would certainly stay again.

Had a great stay. Besides for some hiccups during check in and our stay, everything was great! John was very responsive with every issue that came up. Our key code did not work upon arrival but John was able to resolve it in 10 mins. The bathroom door was broken upon arrival but John came over in efficient time to fix it. AC was lagging during the day but we were able to resolve the problem by contacting John and he advised us what to do. Place was very nice. Quiet and clean. We were able to find parking easily. Check out was very easy and manageable.

Cute little spot, not far from boardwalk

This was a nice place to stay for our family of four. Check-in was easy and the location is great to get to the boardwalk or to do the restaurants and shopping down Asbury Ave. There’s no dedicated parking, but we really didn’t have trouble finding a free space close to the property. It was nice to have the convenience of a washer & dryer. A broom/dustpan would be a nice addition, to keep up with sandy floors, as the vacuum didn’t really work. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with eating and cooking items. In general, it was a comfortable stay. 1st day, the dishwasher leaked significant amounts of water on the floor. John responded to my text quickly and asked when he could stop over. I provided a time, and we headed out. But he didn’t appear to come over and there was no follow-up communication about the dishwasher until 2 days later, when we were told to expect a plumber to stop by because there may have been a burst pipe. It was rainy, so we were hanging inside all afternoon, but no one came. We would have appreciated more communication in this area. Please ensure that the mold on the wall next to the fridge has been cleaned. When we pulled the fridge out to clean the leaking water from the dishwasher, we saw the left wall by the freezer side was soaked with condensation and was growing mold. I truly don’t think this was due to neglect on the owner’s part, as you would never notice it had we not pulled the fridge out to clean, but it definitely needs attention.

We had a lovely stay at the property. Good location, walking distance to the beach and very well-kept. The host was very responsive to questions and communicated all we needed to know in advance of our stay.

Simple fixes would make for a great stay

This is a modern, well-appointed property that was very clean on arrival. It comfortably sleeps 4 people - any more would be a squeeze. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but the property manager was fairly responsive. The first was at check-in when the provided door code didn’t work. It took about 30mins to get into the property. There are no house instructions at the property. Upon enquiring I was told they are in the Vrbo listing. Be aware that there is no designated parking space. I was advised to use a commercial lot next door, which was only available in the evenings and weekends. There is also a minor ant problem in the kitchen. Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay. An update to the Vrbo listing regarding parking, availability of house instructions, and accurate door code would make it ideal.
