Bathrooms:.
In addition to the master bathroom, one more full-sized bathroom is located downstairs and a half bathroom next to the garage entrance. All full bathrooms have basic amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush kit) Hair dryers are supplied in both full bathrooms.

Living space:
Our living room is located downstairs with an expansive view of the Lake Hefner greenbelt and is equipped with a 58” Smart TV. The modern sectional has enough seating for up to 7 guests.

Kitchen/dining area:
Custom built chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher-block countertops. Drawers are fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and utensils for guests to cook and serve up the most delicious meals! The kitchen bar seats two comfortably in addition to the dining room (seats up to 6). Other appliances provided include: hot water kettle, air fryer.

Game room:
The game room is located downstairs and provides an expansive view of the Lake Hefner greenbelt with entrances from the living room and kitchen and access to the backyard. Equipped with standard size pool table, foosball table, board games, magnetic dart board, 40" Smart TV, bar-style stools (8), and futon (extends into additional sleeping space).

Backyard/Patio:
As you exit the living room through the sliding glass door, the patio overlooks the expansive Lake Hefner greenbelt. On a clear day, you can see deer grazing around the greenbelt. Seating surrounds a fire pit in addition to an outdoor dining area for the perfect outdoor experience.

Garage:
The garage is available for guest use with capacity for 2 vehicles and an entrance into the home.

Guests have full access to the entire property and additional parking in the two-car garage. There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 5 vehicles.
