Beautifully renovated craftsman in the heart of Oklahoma City.
Our 100 year old home has been remodeled with modern day amenities while maintaining its historic charm. Close to Downtown, Midtown, Bricktown, Paseo District, Plaza District, and OU Medical Hospital, with easy access to the interstates. There are several amazing restaurants and parks within walking distance. Enjoy the outdoor living spaces in the front and back of the home. Sit on the front porch swing while taking in a sunset with a view of the downtown skyline. The back yard has a large wooden deck, dining table, fire pit, grill, ect.
The house looked like the photos and I enjoyed staying in that part of town. The shower is something that needs to be addressed. There is no water pressure and it drains slowly. The vanity faucets are not secured. The queen mattress should be replaced. It has a deformation causing you to sleep only on a small portion of it. The king is firm so it is fine if thatâs what youâre into. We could not get the back door open so we didnât get a good look outside. I did not communicate all these problems because I didnât want to keep messaging her and I also didnât want them to have to come to the property while I was there. The house was clean and there was some water in the fridge which was nice. The host was quick to respond. There are some ârulesâ for the house and a check out list of to do items that was a bit of a chore. The value for our money was good and I would probably stay here again. Thanks!
House was just great all around! Charming decorations and very clean. Had everything we needed. Thermostat was simple to use and A/C worked very well. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent for us - close to park, restaurants/shops and easy access to highways.Host Laura was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend trying to book this place if you're want a wonderful experience in a safe and quiet OKC neighborhood - I know I will next time I'm in the area!
The kids loved staying in a new place. It was nice and cozy. We liked spending time on the porch and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was wonderful and communicated wonderfully
Property was super nice. I will say the doors are hard to shut as they are older. But we made it work. It would have been nice to have an ottoman to put my feet up at night but that was workable. We felt safe and had a wonderful stay

Great little house, has everything you will need. House is in a great location. The neighbourhood was quiet and the host responded quickly to all questions. Will stay again if Iâm in the area.
We stayed here for the location. It was very convenient to food and other supplies. We went to the Cowboy, The First Peoples and the Oklahoma Museums. The host has thought of everything. The house was very user friendy and comfortable.
Had an amazing stay! This 100 yr old house has so much charm and the owners thought of everything! We hosted our grandson and his family for dinner one night. The other nights we wandered down to the Paseo art district and invented our own pub crawl! Had *beverages* at several bars/restaurants then wandered back to the house. So nice to have everything so close. Brunch at red rooster was fabulous. And we loved *the other door. Dinner at Paseo grill was amazing *get the Filet!!
We will return!
We loved the house and had a wonderful time while we were in OKC. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We definitely plan on staying here again!
I am the mother to 2 young men, a wife, and have owned my own salon for 30+ years. My husband and I enjoy sports, running, eating, and living life to the fullest.
My husband and I purchased this home in 2017 for our son to live in while attending OCU. I fell in love with the location and the craftsman style has been my heart since spending my childhood at my grandparents craftsman home. It definitely needed some work, but I knew itâs potential. After our son graduated and moved to Houston, it was time to get to work. During the process of bringing it back to its glory, we made the decision we didnât want to sell, and wanted to share it with people visiting our little city. We love this home and hope others get the same joy staying here.
