This 2 br, 2 ba home is located in the hip, walkable Pleasant Ridge neighborhood of Cincinnati with tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and other local attractions! The stunning house was professionally decorated and furnished for your comfort. The luxurious master suite, gourmet kitchen, and great deck make this the perfect place for your next getaway! Plus, the open concept 1st floor and finished basement provide ample space for entertaining or relaxing.

Lots of parking options for guests! There is 1 garage spot, off-street parking in the driveway, or easy on-street parking options!

Pleasant Ridge is a gaslight, residential district in Cincinnati, Ohio. This hidden gem community is vibrant and walkable and was voted one of the best places to live in Ohio!
Getting around is easy! If you’re enjoying all that Pleasant Ridge has to offer, you can walk to all of the main attractions. Or, if you want to venture a little further out, you can easily drive to all that Cincinnati has to offer!

Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:
We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.
Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.
Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.
**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
