This fully furnished home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit that can sleep 6 comfortably. Close to Hyde Park square and Oakley square, you will have endless opportunities to explore the shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries in the area on your time off. It also provides a quick drive to the hospital district, the Cincinnati Zoo, Xavier, UC, and downtown Cincinnati. Hyde Park is very walkable. This unit is one block from the bike/walking trail Wasson Way which will take you to Ault Park in one direction and Xavier in the other direction.

This apartment is on the first floor of a duplex and has a private entrance from the front and rear. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a queen bed in the second bedroom. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This is the perfect place to stay for a single person, couple, or small family. The house is located on a quiet gaslit street that is very family friendly and located across the street from a city park. Off street parking is readily available. Coinless laundry is available. A fully stocked kitchen with all the needed utensils and cookware will provide all you need to cook your daily meals.

Beautiful home, nice stay.

The owner, Todd, contacted us with keyless entry details prior to our arrival. His home was very clean and truly felt like home when we walked in. We absolutely loved the aesthetics! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and bakeware for us to prepare our meals for the six nights that we were there. The property is located on the first floor of a two family unit. The location was perfectly close to many of the locations we visited while we were in town, including Union Terminal, Cincinnati Children’s Museum, and Fords Garage (excellent food). We would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cincinnati.

Nice area

We stayed at the property for parents weekend at Xavier University. It was close to Xavier. It is an older house. It was an ok stay. The beds were super hard. Your feet were dirty after walking in them barefoot and it could have been cleaner. There was no real coffee so we had to go out and buy our own. For what we needed, it was ok.

Family visit

We stayed for a long weekend visiting family. It was a nice area, easy to walk our dog around the park, and walk to restaurants and the farmers market. The dining room/living room were spacious and open. Thanks for the nice stay!

Lovely Hyde Park apartment

Our family of 3 adults stayed here for weekend to visit family. Easy walk to Hyde Park Square and Rookwood Commons mall (coffee shops, restaurants, etc). Street is quiet yet super convenient to I-71/downtown and apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on next Cincy visit.

Nice and quiet

Stayed with my mother and sister for a girls getaway. It was nice and quiet, in a nice area. Had fun playing games with the family. The shower was too difficult for my mom to use, as she doesn’t get around like she used to. She couldn’t climb over the tub sides and the floor wasn’t flat, so when wet, she had the risk of falling. It was fine for my sister and I. The kitchen floor, I know might actually be original, which is very cool, but it was a bit sticky.

What a great place!

The house is great. It’s very well cared for and has everything you need. It’s very comfortable and we loved the woodwork and pocket doors and the windows. You can pack half the clothes you need because there is a brand new washer and dryer. It was quite hot outside when we were there and the house has a tremendous central air system if you need it. A very short walk into Hyde Park Square. We walked to the square for dinner and it was nice not having to worry about transportation. We were there for a Xavier graduation and it’s literally a couple of minutes away. Perfectly located. Todd was great too. Very attentive and nice to talk to. Thumbs up all the way around.

Charmaine rental close to Hyde park and shopping.

We can into town for the blast and had a blast. The rental is very close to downtown area as was very close to shopping and dining.

Hyde Park diamond in the rough

Big Red was the perfect size and layout for grandparents with 2 small grandchildren, and our mid sized dog. The living room, dining room and bedrooms are spacious. The upstairs neighbors are great. Furnishings, decor and linens are thoughtfully designed. Just a few comments, to prepare future renters: the bathroom fixtures and tiles are quite worn. The tub stopper wouldn’t allow us to fill a bath for the kids. It has been many years since I have done dishes by hand. But the kitchen is well stocked to meal prep. The home has a shared laundry in the basement. When the upstairs residents come down from the 2nd floor to the basement or back yard, it is very loud for anyone in the back bedroom. They come down frequently, as they have 2 dogs. Also, the street parking could be busy at times. The owner has provided access to just about every streaming service you can think of. We all enjoyed the viewing variety, when we were in the home. Thank you Todd for making your lower level duplex available!

Spare sheets

Everything was just what we needed, it was good. The main problem was that the spare sheets were stored damp/wet. We put them on the pull out couch and they smelled so sour. Luckily we had a top sheet from my sister in the area and were able To cover the mattress with that

Wonderful location!

This older well maintained house rental is a lower flat, it's in the perfect location for Cincinnati visitors. Within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors and near to a Whole Foods and Kroger. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for at least 6 people. Street parking but over 7 nights we never had an issue finding a close spot. Mom and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Just a note - since this is lower level rental there is a family with children and dogs that lives upstairs. We did hear some having fun noises during the day; but there was never any issue in the evening or during the night. HIghly recommended!
