A Sweet Beach Life for this ground floor 3BD/2BA condominium! Comfortably sleeping 10 people, an amazing location across the street to the beach, close to local restaurants and shops. Completely stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, central AC, cable and outdoor pool. The master bedroom has a queen bed and each of the guests’ bedrooms have a double/single bunk beds. The Kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. There are linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a private W/D for your convenience. There is one designated tandem parking spot for this rental that accommodates 2 standard cars, and it is directly in front of the unit. PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES.
IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.
You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

The owners of Saturn Living 4 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass enforced.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 10 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ We accept 2 small dogs with a $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed green/blue dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Pool area opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. Anyone caught in the pool after hours will receive a $50 fine for non compliance. Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.
7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers' only by following the rules with the knowledge that if broken there might be eviction without refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The lock box code will be provided to the guest about 48 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm.
GUESTS: PLEASE KNOW THAT WE REQUIRE EXTRA INFO PROVIDED ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Such a Great Property
We rented this property as a last minute decision. The rental process was very easy. The property had all the necessary beds to cover all persons sleeping. We had no issues there at all. This property is a fantastic spot to take in all that South Padre Island has to offer. Close to the beach and all restaurants.

Lovely with great location
Perfect for two winter Texans needing ground floor, easy access! The location is right across Gulf St to either Neptune or Butterfly Park beach access. Butterfly Park also has a Little Free Library which was full of good reads. Several beach chairs are included with the unit. The kitchen is well equipped for long stays. Generous starter kits include coffee, dish soap, paper products, soap, and shampoo. We used the queen bed and one lower bunk, both comfortable. The bathroom towels were soft and plenty of them. The rental was very quiet, we were often the only ones in the pool (unheated) area. We liked the direct access to the patio and pool area from the master bedroom Everything was clean and we felt at home. The description of the condo listed a dishwasher, but there was not one, which didn't bother the two of us. We would have booked again, but due to health issues cannot.

Fabulous Stay
Our family group of 10 had an outstanding time at Saturn Living 4. We had a 4 night stay and the accomodations were great. The location was great as there was beach access right across the street. We took advantage of the on-site pool during the evenings which added to the getaway. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had plenty of room and the sleeping arrangements worked well. The team at BOVR was great. They answered all our questions. The booking process, check-in, and check-out were all hassle free. We will definitely be back!

The condo had lots of damage in every bedroom. The top bunk bed ladder was in the corner of the bedroom and was broken to where it couldnt be installed. Chest of drawers was crushed on top. Towl rack was pulled out of the wall. There were several spots of water damage on the wall inside the house, theres probably mold in the walls from the water damage. This was the worst condo ive rented in south padre island!

Good morning David, I was anticipating your 'colorful' review, as you described it, when we chose not to provide you with a discount due to the numerous complaints we received from you since your very first step on our property. I must inform all future guests that David's claims are false. He arrived on vacation with the intention of receiving a refund, but instead, he was offered the option to leave with a refund, which he declined. However, he made it clear that he would be leaving a negative review, which holds little significance for us as we have an abundance of 5-star reviews. He is a challenge for any host, so please take note. David, you are now on our blacklist. Almost free vacations are no longer fashionable. Cheers!
