Ce chalet de plage magnifiquement conçu est une très courte distance à pied des sables blancs sucrés et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. De la tour, vous pouvez profiter d'une vue sur le golfe et couchers de soleil. Summers Edge est une gated, communauté en bord de mer sur le côté sud de 30A. Il y a deux piscines privées, dont une chauffée et un infini. Il est familial et convivial, idéal pour faire du vélo pour les enfants et les adultes. Vous serez également à proximité du lac de l'Est pour profiter de la magie des lacs de dunes côtières. Ne pas oublier vos filets et des seaux!

Cette maison de plage paisible dispose d'une cuisine, salle à manger et la salle familiale ouverte avec un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat sur le premier étage. Il est idéal pour deux familles et divertissant. Également situé au premier étage sont deux chambres, un lit queen et une avec lits jumeaux, avec une salle de bain complète. Il y a des portes françaises qui ouvrent sur une grande véranda qui est parfait pour les repas, se balancer et regarder les enfants jouer. Une clôture blanche entoure totalement la cour pour les plus jeunes et il y a une zone de douche extérieure et griller sur le côté de la maison. Le stationnement est disponible pour trois voitures.

L'étage se compose d'une suite de maître très serein avec un bain à remous et douche complète. portes françaises ouvrent à nouveau à une grande terrasse au deuxième étage qui mène à la troisième tour de parole. Un endroit parfait pour commencer la journée avec une tasse de café et de terminer la journée avec une boisson et le coucher du soleil. Il y a aussi un dortoir pour enfants avec télévision à écran plat et salle de bains au deuxième étage.

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house.The beach was a short walk and also quaint shops and restaurants were within walking distance as well. Vanessa was a wonderful host. She was there when we needed any assistance or had any questions. We will be back for sure!!

We enjoyed our short visit down to the Gulf. The house is very nice and clean. Very quiet street with lots of trees for shade. The listing includes "private pool" so we were a little disappointed to discover the 2 pools we could access were not on the property but across the street and closed at 10 PM- other than that everything was great.

Ideal property for family vacation

This is our second time to this property and it is perfect for our family. Close to the beach access, heated pool, and the no thru traffic street is great for my kids who like to play outside. It is the perfect balance of nice and comfortable without feeling too luxurious for kids. We will be back!

Great area and home

Love this area by Eastern Lake as there is natural beauty all around you and is close to restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and very clean. Has everything you need. Close walk to the beach for sunsets too!

This house fits our needs for a one week stay at the beach! No rental home is perfect, but this fit our expectations. The homeowner was nice, had quick responses and was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean upon arriving! The house was very nice and spacious. I don’t think you could find a better location. It’s a short 5 min walk to the beach and community pool! Lots of shopping and good restaurants within walking distance as well!

the house was great! it would be helpful to have some sort of map navigating how to get to area pools and beach access, but after finding everything, it was pretty simple. also, no canopies allowed on this beach, this would have been helpful to have known in advance

Perfect location

The house is decorated & laid out beautifully. The neighborhood is quiet, gorgeous & on a private street. The porch & balcony plus the lookout tower were great. The walk to the 2 pools & the beach was a nice small walk, not bad at all. The only negatives were that we had our dog with us, & were only told it had a fenced in yard. The backyard was very small & not great for a dog. The fencing was not secure in its design. And 1 ply toilet paper is a no go for me. Every other thing was great tho! Highly recommend!

Summer beach fun enhanced by stay at this house. Roomy for family group of 7. Bunkbeds were child size but twin beds accommodated teens. Mattress on queen and king bed very soft. Use of wagon and beach chairs a plus and upgraded coffee maker with k cup much appreciated.

Lovely house!

We had a wonderful stay. There were four adults and four kids and the house layout worked perfect for our two family set up. Perfect location to get to the pool and beach. I loved that the street is essentially a dead end so no thru traffic. There were tons of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas for us to use if needed. We also heard of several families in other rentals complaining of not having enough key fobs to access the pool and beach but this house had one for each adult so that we could go and do whatever we wanted without worrying about others in our group. We hope to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was extremely clean and the location was great. Very easy 5min walk to the pools and beach. The one issue we had was the stated private beach access. While there is private beach access, the part of the beach you can actually utilize is very small. There is a section that is blocked by umbrellas on either side for people who are coming from houses in the neighborhood (including this house). To the left and right of those umbrellas is private property and reserved for those specific properties on the beach. It may not be as big of a deal in less-busy seasons, but when we were there, the section of beach we could use was very small and crowded. The beach service companies also put out their umbrellas and chairs right by the water (even in the "public" area you can use), so no matter what time you got there, you would always be behind those. We would go back to this house, but I wouldn't go back during busy season due to the beach access.

Some difficulties, but Vanessa was fair

Nice home. A few repairs like the upstairs bathroom door couldn’t lock, the toilet paper holder was out of the wall in the master bathroom and the dryer was broken. We were also missing a key fob. Vanessa was quick to respond and solve what could be solved. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn’t be repaired and we were without one all week. She had to order parts so I’m thinking it’s operational now. She was kind enough to refund some of our money. The walk isn’t bad to the beach and pool but renting the chairs and umbrellas weren’t factored into my budget. We rented 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas for 5 days and it was around 800. You cannot take your own umbrella and set up in front of the beach rentals so if it’s a crowded beach day, you have no view of the people you’re watching in the ocean. Overall, I would rent the home again because it’s comfy and Vanessa was great to work with. I would budget for the beach rentals. Tip: order your groceries to be delivered from Publix. You tip in addition to the expense of the food, but shopping is atrocious because no one knows where anything is. Also traffic is horrible traveling to and from the store unless you head out early in the morning. One more thing that would be helpful is a small step stool in the master shower. It’s hard to shave with no place to rest your foot.

Perfect break

This property was perfect for our family of seven (2 adults and “kids” age 12 to 23) to wrap up a busy holiday season. The house is bright, spacious, simply and tastefully decorated and very livable. The proximity to the beach is wonderful; it’s an easy walk to pool and beach. Pool was well heated to allow comfortable swimming even on brisk Jan days. The house’s design is lovely, better than the photos with lovely porches and turret. Three bathrooms made for easy bath rotation after days at beach. We ate in every day and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The grocery is a short drive away. Proximity to bike paths, pool and beach was great for our fitness focused crowd. Summer’s Edge is a lovely community, close to everything but not in the middle of the visitor fray. It has low Traffic volume which makes for lovely walking. The house is well outfitted with beach gear: chairs, wagon, skim boards, and all. Just bring your crew and beach towels. House and neighborhood are very dog friendly; our old lab and young dachshund fully approved. Vanessa was a delightful hostess: responsive and helpful. Overall, wonderful stay, very highly recommended.

Pleasant Trip

This was a quiet street. The house was just a few blocks from pool and beach. It had a great porch and fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. The house needs some love. As a VRBO family, I could tell the owners depend on housekeepers or management to take care of the house. There were at least 6 light bulbs not working and a 15 watt in the only lamp in the living room. We replaced 3 but no more bulbs. The microwave was dirty when we arrived. It sleeps 10 but not enough glasses or cups for 10. The throw rugs need a pad under them. Very slippery. Four members were in their seventies so it was a concern. Plenty of bedding and nice stack of towels. Refrigerator filter needed to be replaced. From other reviews, it has needed to be replaced for months. It is a 4 bedroom but bunk room is only for small children because it has short mattresses. Beds were comfy but only master bedroom was a nice size. Others small. Outdated coffee maker. People that drink coffee do not like the same kind. Therefore, that’s why pod coffeemakers were invented. They are not expensive. Luckily we brought our own which is ridiculous! Eating area a nice size. Nice bar area. TV needed instructions on how to operate and what channels are what! This could be a 5 star house with a little attention.
