Bienvenue à «Beach Breeze», une belle maison située dans la communaut�� populaire de Summers's Edge à Seagrove Beach! Cette maison offre une vue imprenable sur les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique et est parfaite pour les prochaines vacances de votre famille! Profitez des pistes cyclables qui bordent le Scenic 30A et visitez les boutiques et restaurants de Seagrove, Seaside and Watercolor à proximité.

Les enfants peuvent profiter de leur propre chambre avec lits superposés et de la télévision et DVD. Les adultes peuvent se détendre dans l’intimité du salon ou s’échapper dans la salle de la tour pour admirer la vue sur le golfe. L'accès à la plage est à seulement 50 mètres et la douche extérieure privée de la résidence est idéale pour se rincer après votre sortie de plage.

1er étage: Coin salon avec grande télévision à écran plat, DVD, canapé-lit, buanderie. Chambre avec 2 lits superposés, TV à écran plat et DVD. Chambre Queen avec salle de bain attenante (douche uniquement), TV et DVD. Salle de bain complète dans le couloir, chambre Queen avec TV et DVD avec accès à une grande véranda.

2ème étage: Salon principal avec grand téléviseur à écran plat, lecteur DVD et accès au balcon surdimensionné situé à l'arrière de la maison. Coin repas avec table pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, avec 4 sièges supplémentaires au bar. Cuisine haut de gamme avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable et accès au balcon devant la maison. Chambre King avec salle de bain partagée et accès au balcon avant.

3ème étage: Chambre Tower avec canapé et coin bar et vue imprenable sur le golfe depuis le balcon. Aussi, un coin lecture pour se détendre après ces longues journées au soleil.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved our stay at Beach Breeze! The home layout was perfect for our group of 9. We traveled with three separate families with kids, teens, and adults and the three living areas were great for when we wanted to spread out in the evening and have our own spaces. The property manager reached out early on the day of our check in to let us know the home was ready early. We had one issue while there with the breaker tripping, and I got an immediate response when I texted to help fix it.The home is a great location to the S. Ryan St. pool (which was heated during our stay the second week of March) and the beach was less than a five minute walk. If you rent beach setup through 30s Shade, you get access to a private area of the beach which was nice not having to deal with some of the college spring breakers setup down the beach from us. Definitely recommend for multiple families traveling together. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Beach Breeze

The house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. Plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had their on space. The only small issue is the FOBS. I wish we could go back to the code as there are never enough fobs for larger groups.

Great stay- could use some updates

The location and accuracy of this listing was pretty great. The distance to the beach and pool were great with little ones. The kitchen was updated and well appointed. The owners were great. We didn’t really care for the kiddos being on the first level without deadbolts on some of the three entry points into the home on the first level. The king bed was on the second floor, so it left my husband and I a little uneasy to be upstairs with them being downstairs. Also, you could not walk around the home barefoot without the bottoms of your feet being black from not being mopped. The sectional sofa was very worn out on the 2nd floor level. The internet connection was not great. The beds were comfortable. Some minor decor updates could be made to the first floor so that it is more inviting. The third floor was pretty much a useless space. The best porch was through one of the queen bedrooms on the first floor where one of our children were sleeping, so we couldn’t enjoy the screened in porch after their bedtime. The listing was great and we love the neighborhood and location. For us, we will be looking for a home with the primary bedroom, living area, and kitchen on the first level so that the children aren’t at the first point of entry by themselves. Also, if you want a good spot on the beach, go ahead and reserve chairs and umbrellas with 30a shade. If not, you will not ever have a “first row” view of the ocean.

A perfect place!!

This home is so great! It has 5 decks/balconies (2 in front and 3 on the back of the house) Those spaces in addition to all the indoor living space were amazing!!! So much room for people to spread out and work or just have coffee or drink wine and watch the sun set. The home is well equipped and only a short walk to a community pool and private beach access. We were blessed with AMAZING weather and had the best trip ever! Seaside is the cutest town and this home is just 2 miles from all the quaint downtown of Seaside with all it's shops and food trucks. Definitely want to come back!!!

Good stay

Overall we had a good stay. The house was a little small for our group but that was our own fault. I think a table and chairs needs to be added on the 3rd floor and the wifi connection was horrible. Some of our group had some work to do and it was not very accommodating. Close to beach access.. but that’s a little deceptive since the beach access is a street and a boardwalk away. The house was very close to the pool which was convenient.

We had a wonderful stay - proximity to beach and pools is perfect! We love Summers Edge - we have stayed in so many of the beautiful homes. My only idea for the home is possibly an ottoman for the sectional! It would be a wonderful add!!

Great Place!

Beach Breeze was a great house & great location to the beach & pool & everything in the 30A area ! Could view the ocean from the 3rd floor porch & enjoy a cup or coffee! We enjoyed our stay ~ love this beach ~ will be back for sure !!!

Great House and Location

Nice house, great location

We just returned from our stay at Beach Breeze in the Summer's Edge neighborhood. The location couldn't be better! We loved the proximity to the beach and two pools. This was our first time renting a private home and we enjoyed having the kitchen and laundry -- so convenient. We were traveling with family, who stayed a couple doors down, so it was only my husband and me in our house. The kitchen was nice and open and well appointed. It was nice to have double sinks in the master bath. The king master bed was so comfortable -- we slept peacefully every night. My husband had to work during the trip so he used the third floor loft area as his deck -- and wifi worked great. Gina and Dana at the property mgmt company were very responsive and helpful. We definitely had better mgmt service than the company the management my brother's house. As others have said, the wood blinds on the first-floor doors are not in good shape. We quit trying to adjust them on the front door after one day. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Beach Breeze.

Our family has stayed at this house for many years, this year for two weeks. Great house, recently renovated; and, great location - easy walk to beach and pool. 30A Shade makes it easy to rent daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

Loved the outdoor space!

We really enjoyed all the deck space this listing offered! Twelve of us stayed and we all felt like we had plenty of room for the whole trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor shower and thought it was a nice bonus. The small community the listing is located in was also nice, as well as close to everything we wanted to go to, especially the beach.

Close enough to beach and can walk to some restaurants and stores. Nice quiet neighborhoood street with pool at the end. Lots of outdoor porches and 4 beach chairs. Kitchen well furnished!!!!

Great Beach Trip

Great property management company with good communication throughout process. House had great porches and was in a great location. Easy access to beach and to community pool. Comfortable living room with large couch for all to hang out on. My only complaint would be that there was no pantry to store food and we had to use the counter space for groceries and that made the kitchen feel tight. Otherwise great house and great week!

Great stay!

Process was seamless from start to finish. Any problems were fixed quickly. Fantastic location, just a short walk to beach. There were balconies and porches galore to sit and enjoy the view and friends.

Beach Breeze

Excellent location, the home was fantastic for our family with comfortable beds for all as well as a bunk room for the children, quiet neighborhood, and two wonderful pools. Easy walk to beach. I suggest it would be helpful to update some basic kitchen supplies and replace torn, decorative pillows on couch . Door entry coded box was inoperable due to corrosion for a short bit, but management responded immediately and handled the problem. We loved our time here. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home.

Great rental the negative, 30A Shade

Overall everything was great. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was the TV was not working in the main room and it wasn't fixed until Thursday. The biggest annoyance was 30A Shade setting up umbrellas and chairs almost blocking access to the water. They set up early everyday and you were relegated to set up behind them and weave through their set ups to the water.

Girls trip

Vacation with my daughters and granddaughters. Loved the porches and the beds. Several housekeeping items need to be improved. Need more cooking utensils. There was only one frying pan and no cookie sheet. Needed more washcloths. There were plenty of towels. There was a bad urine smell in the bathroom near the living room/kitchen. We scrubbed it several times mainly in the grout near the commode. The blinds on the doors are a mess. They are broken and make a terrible impression as you enter the house. The next-door neighbor said she was bolting her blinds to the door. I had to call twice to get sheets for the sleeper sofa on the top floor. I am not complaining but feel like the owner needs to know about these items. We could tell that the house had been recently renovated and had many nice features. We had a great time together.

Great for all ages

I was worried this would be too much space for our small family but it was actually perfect. Each child (3 year old, 8 month old) had his own room so there was no fear of disturbing those precious naps. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom and my mom was downstairs in her own room (but next to the boys which was reassuring since we were upstairs). The third floor was a great space for my husband who needed a quiet area to work some mornings. We spent much of our time on the front patio off the kitchen. The location was an easy walk to the beach and an easier walk to the pool. We even walked down 30A to Goatfeathers and a shave ice store. Already missing it! The home could use some small updates but nothing that would deter me from staying there again.

Great house. Walking distance to the beach and pool for 7 adults and 3 littles and all their stuff! The house was clean and we had most things we needed to cook in. We dined outside on one of the 5 porches. Lot's of space to spread out! Would definitely recommend to others.
