«Sunset Veranda» est une maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain située dans la paisible communauté fermée de Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach est une communauté gardée / fermée nichée sur le côté plage de County Hwy 30 - A, entre Rosemary Beach et Alys Beach. La communauté offre une végétation tropicale luxuriante et les propriétaires de Sunset Beach sont fiers de garder les propriétés immaculées et accueillantes. La propriété comprend l'utilisation de la piscine communautaire à quelques pieds de la maison.

La maison a été récemment mise à jour, l'extérieur peint, décoré par des professionnels et est situé à seulement 100 pas des belles plages de sable blanc et de la piscine communautaire. Détendez-vous sur «la véranda» tous les soirs et profitez de la vue! Un environnement chaleureux et confortable vous attend. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des équipements et accessoires professionnels.

Close to everything & very nice rental

Our stay was great, thank you. The house was as advertised/listed & prior reviews were spot on. Good walking location from many things.Nice plus the items for the beach in garage as well as beach towels! Decorated very nicely & clean. We would book again! Thanks again!

Fabulous!

This home is decorated beautifully and has everything you need to enjoy a week (or more) at the beach. The beds are so comfy and plenty of seating in the living areas. We loved this home and will be coming again as soon as we can!

Great location

Sunset Veranda was the perfect spot for our family of three. Such a cute home that is only steps from the beach and a very short walk to the shops at Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Cute home

The property itself was very cute and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. The biggest complaint was not about the property but the complex/ beach. Pros for home: Nicely decorated Kitchen had all pans and dishes we needed Coffee maker was awesome and had a built it grinder (we brought our own whole beans) King bed mattress and pillows were super comfy Laundry onsite with detergent pods Outside patio has outdoor shower with hot and cold water Grill with propane (didn’t end up using but it was available) Garage had bikes, beach cart, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc Balcony was lovely for people watching and sipping beverages Negative for home Shower heads were bad and needs to be replaced Showers would drain slowly King beds sheets didn’t breath and were hot Excessive amount of pillows to the point it was hard to find places to put them Had decorative towels we weren’t allowed to use. Would rather have had them gone so we had hanging room for towels we actually used. Codes on check in to garage were incorrect on Vrbo but written inside property Pool code didn’t work TVs were not very user friendly thin walls couldn’t sleep past 8 due to trash twice a week, construction and ground crews The biggest complaint was that this property is located in a complex that allows hundreds of people to walk into the beach. Yes the beach is a short walk but unless you get there early or pay to rent a chair, there is very little room on the beach to sit.

Great location, comfortable house

Lovely home. Nice balcony with comfortable seating. The garage was a plus for us. Really convenient location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and several great restaurants. Hwy 98 is five minutes away which allows you to skip a lot of the 30A traffic. Highly recommend.

We go to Rosemary Beach every year and this is the first time we stayed at the Sunset Veranda. The property was beautiful and was perfect for two couples. The home had more than promised, including four beach chairs, one umbrella, beach games and two bikes. It is no more than 100 steps to the beach and once on the beach to the right are private homes so you can walk the beach and it almost seems like you are the only one on the beach. To the left on the beach is Crabby Steve's, good place to have lunch. The home is within walking distance to downtown Rosemary which is always a plus. I give this listing five stars!

Our stay in Seacrest

Very nice place tucked away towards the beach in a gated area between Rosemary and Alys Beach. It was perfect for our family of four. It was close to the beach and close to restaurants if we didn't feel like cooking. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

Sunset Veranda- A True Gem

We loved the property. It was clean and well kept, a charming community. The only drawback was the crowded beach. Restrictions were in place because it is a private property, which we understand, but it seemed there were a large number of beach goers each day from other properties. However, they will not prevent us from returning :)

Summer vacay!

Overall, the property was great. One major thing I’d add to listing; 1. Add the beach chair rental site along with a note that says they are the only ones that serve the beach. Items I’d add to home: 1. Mixing bowls 2. Muffin pan 3. Clean cutting board 4. Pillow and mattress protectors. We enjoyed the small community, the distance from beach, and all our lovely neighbors! It’s a great home and location. Thank you!

Beach vacation

Nice we were very close to the beach and pool. Pool needs to have some umbrellas! Kitchen needs to have more than two frying pans and less than very large pots and utensils. There were at least 5 tongs crowing the drawers. Windows in the house were really dirty. Building houses behind house. They are finished building but time to clean windows and screens. Otherwise we enjoye our stay and the mattress in the bedrooms are great! Very comfortable!

Sunset Villa

The villa itself was wonderful, well decorated, nice layout. Having a garage was a plus. The 2nd floor deck was a nice place to have coffee or afternoon drink. There was no view of the Gulf, but the view of the gardens and courtyard was fine. Issues: there were 3 TVs. The one in the lower bedroom would only receive one channel. Could not change it. The TV in the upper bedroom only offered a cheap free on line array of second rate programs. Firetv I think it was called. So nothing worth watching. The main TV had You Tube TV which was better, but was very cumbersome to use. There was no cable or direct TV. Next, if a client is renting for 2 weeks, supplies for 2 weeks should be provided. One laundry pod, and 3 rolls of toilet tissue don't do it. Next, there were 2 bikes for our use, but one had a flat tire. So no go. Finally, the beach is used by folks from several resorts and is confined to a narrow area with no trespassing signs everywhere. Way too crowded and not at all inviting. Positive: the security guys and maintenance people were fantastic, and the community is beautiful.

The location is wonderful! The home was clean and very nice! The only thing to be aware of is that you have to park in the garage- which is wonderful- but our Ford F150 had about 2 inches on each side for clearance lol

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Sunset Veranda was spotlessly clean, well furnished & equipped with all we needed for beach including chairs, an umbrella & kitchen was well equipped as well. I’m a mattress snob & the mattresses were incredibly comfortable along with the linens & towels. The beach is so close and convenient for walking back and forth to house from beach. The location of the house was perfect for riding bikes and walking to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach village and to Rosemary. The communication & checkin were seamless and the security manager Gary soooo nice! We loved celebrating my birthday here at this beautiful, comfortable home and are already looking into booking again for spring!

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Our stay was perfect. The house is exactly as advertised. Super clean and well equiped. House is in a gated area with a pool and private entrance to the beach. Very close to the point that my pre-teen could go back and fourth by himself. House is walking distance to several great restaurants. I'm sure I'll be back!

Great place and location

We really enjoyed our week vacation here. The location is great and everything you need is within walking/biking distance. My only advise to the owners is to give a heads up on the beach chair/umbrella situation on the beach. We didn’t know we could book ahead of the time and since we were here one of the busiest weeks of the year (4th of July), they were all booked prior to. It would have been helpful to know this before hand since the “bring your own chair” section is very small and you have to set up at 6AM to be able to see the ocean.

Perfect location

Perfect community for our large family, as our extended family was able to stay in a unit very near by - and just a 30 second walk to the beach. The home was really well stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. The garage was a very nice thing to have for the car and beach gear. We would definitely stay here again!
