This beautiful 6 bedroom, 3,500-square-foot ocean side home is located in the exclusive Hatteras by the Sea subdivision and is one row back from oceanfront. This is the only home in the community with itâs own private elevated boardwalk or nature trail that leads to the private community subdivision pool & recreation clubhouse area or to the nature preserve. Just a short walk and youâll be to the community beach walkway. Ocean view from top two floors and panoramic view of marshes & sound.
This ocean side, split entry home greets you with a carport where you can park your boat with great coverage, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, and plenty of deck space.
The first level features a game room with a pool table, foosball table, card table, and tv and also the first master bedroom / bathroom, which has itâs own wet bar and mini fridge and also a futon. Getting your groceries to the top floor kitchen area is a breeze using the cargo lift.
The second floor is home to 1 king master bedroom/bathroom with jacuzzi tub, 1 queen master bedroom/bathroom, 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds all with deck & hot tub access, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bathroom, and washer & dryer.
Head upstairs to the third floor that features 1 master bedroom/bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a half-bath, great room / dining / kitchen area with tall ceilings, fireplace, access to outdoor sundecks and beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets. Meals and entertainment are a breeze in the kitchen, where you'll find a cooking island with breakfast bar, and full table seating with an ocean view.
All bedrooms as well as the game room and living room have TVs. All TV's are Streaming ready with Roku Express and provide Hulu Live, Netflix, Peacock, etc.
Towels will be provided - 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 hand towel per guest.
Linens will be provided as an upgraded option. If linens are requested, the charge will be added to your invoice and beds will be made for guest arrival.
THINGS TO KNOW
For 2022, the pool will be open early May to mid October. It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use.
Events, including fraternity gatherings, are not allowed.
You must be 25 years old or older to book.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your signed agreement along with your deposit. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Parking notes: Please park in the driveway. Parking on the lawn is not allowed, as this may cause damage to the home's septic system.

We are originally from PA and currently live in Denver, NC. We love the Outer Banks, particularly Hatteras. Hatteras is calm and peaceful and the beach is not crowded like other areas. We plan to make our home a place where you feel at home and can enjoy while your here.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We began traveling to the Outer Banks with friends for vacation in 2010. Hatteras is where we stayed the first 2 years and we immediately fell in love with the area and quiet beach. We moved to NC in 2017 and hadn't gotten to return for 5 years. We got to vacation there again in 2022 and that's when we decided to purchase a home of our own so that we can visit anytime that we want to.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
We fell in love with this home because of the location and features that it has. It is just a short walk to the beach and offers beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset, and ocean. The home is located right next to the community pool and has it's own private walk to the pool and sound. If your looking to get away and get some great R&R, look no further. Hatteras is amazing and this is the place for you! We love it and hope you love it as much as we do!
