The bedroom features two comfortable double beds, while the living room offers a cozy sofabed, ensuring ample sleeping space for your group. With large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, you can relax and unwind in your preferred spot after a day of adventure.
Fireside Lodge 316 is pet-friendly so you can bring your furry friends along for the fun. The welcoming atmosphere and modern amenities make this condo an ideal choice for families, couples, and friends.

This property is pet friendly. It allows up to 1 large dog, OR up to 2 small dogs, OR 1 cat.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence will incur penalties.
