Outdoor Adventure at Sun Peaks 33 - True Ski In/Out Access

Wonderful one-level corner-unit condo at Settler's Crossing has super easy ski-in/ski-out access to both the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed and secondary bedroom has a combination twin and full-size bunk bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for night-time comfort and are separated by the open concept living space. Plus the kitchen (with all new appliances) and bathroom have heated tile floors. Cozy gas fireplace and brand new private hot tub are the perfect addition to a busy day. Bike rack storage in heated underground parking garage. Personal ski locker right outside your front door. Across the street from the nordic trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding and just a short stroll into the village.

We had a great staycation at this condo! Ski in and out was perfect and the hot tub was excellent. Had a well-equipped kitchen that we were able to make use of as well.

Cozy ski vacation

Tina is a wonderful host, and her home is cozy and well equipped with everything that makes your vacation a great time.We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after skiing, talking by the fireplace and walking around with our dog (he liked the place, too!).Thank you, Tina!

Spring Break Ski Holiday

We had our nephew visiting from Montreal during his spring break and this accommodation was absolutely perfect for our ski holiday. It was a very convenient ski in-ski out location for our group. The unit itself was so nicely stocked, incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed. Would highly recommend! The host, Tina, was also super responsive and accommodating. Thank you for making this ski adventure so memorable.

Perfect Condo at Sun Peaks

This well-maintained condo is outstanding and has it all:Location - ski in/ski out; short walk to village, quietAtmosphere - sunny, warm, and brightComfortable furnishings and decor - much better than averageLayout - open floor concept Cookware, dinnerware, and appliances are all top notch - there's no need to go out to eat!The Host - Tina was exemplary with instruction and was easy to reach by email.I highly recommend this condo for a small family who want to experience the Sun Peaks Resort at its finest.

Great Space

We loved staying here and are looking forward to booking again next year. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a meal, plentiful towels, washer/dryer, beds are clean and comfortable, hot tub was great.

Sun Peaks, Sunshine and Tina’s Condo👍👍👍

Very very clean. Had everything required to stay for short term or long. Very quiet, perfect walk time to Village. The buildings in this complex seemed to feel hidden in the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely try to stay again.

Great location and place

My Family had a great time staying at Tina's place.The place is very clean and has all possible amenities including things that I would qualify as extras such as heated floors and a personal hot tub. Everything around the place is well labelled and the instructions are clear.communicating with Tina was easy and she was prompt to answer. As per ease of getting to the slopes, one just steps out the door, grab their skis in the secure closet just outside the door, walks less than a minute and is now joyfully skiing to the ski lifts.Thank you Tina.

My son and I just purchased this property on Nov 18 and it's been a mad dash to get it ready for the ski/board season. Lots of brand new furniture and linens/towels/dish have all been added.

This unit is true ski-in/ski-out. The Orient and Morissey chairlifts are less than 3 minutes away by ski or board. The Orient chair can take you over to both Sundance and Sunburst chairs via the Main Village run.
