Our resort-style backyard provides numerous places to dine and relax - from the sparkling pool to the loungers, hammocks and fire pit.

The space
The Vinyl Palm Springs was designed for travelers looking for something more than a chain hotel. A place with character, a unique aesthetic, and full of personal touches. You'll find just that with a music inspired retro vibe throughout. Polished concrete floors compliment the open floor plan and abundant natural light. Every room has a special visual feature that will both elevate your stay and your social media feeds. Located in a well-maintained neighborhood just minutes from downtown, you’ll be able to experience all that Palm Springs has to offer year round. Although, once you step into the private backyard oasis, you may never want to leave.

Living Room
Enter the open concept living space and cozy up on the plush, velvet, Article sofa and accent chairs. Mounted on the wall is a 50" smart TV with access to all your favorite viewing apps- all you need to do is login. Throw blankets are available, perfect for those crisp desert evening movie nights. True to Vinyl form, a record player equipped with Bose speaker is available for your listening pleasure. You'll find an eclectic mix of various genres including Palm Springs favorites such as Sinatra, the Rat Pack, and Elvis. You'll also find a variety of board games and cards in the drawers of the media credenza.

Dining Room
Enjoy meals gathered around the table which comfortably seats 6 people. Feel free to open up the sliding doors and enjoy indoor/outdoor living.

Kitchen
For those who delight in cooking, the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a powerful gas range. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and an assortment of spices to make those delicious home cooked meals even while on vacation.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with beautiful walk-in showers and vanities with plenty of storage. The master ensuite also boasts a luxurious free standing tub. Pour yourself a drink, sprinkle in some eucalyptus or lavender bath salts and wash away the day. Each bathroom is stocked with Public Goods hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Bedrooms
Three spacious bedrooms all feature king size beds with memory foam mattresses, plush pillows, and comfortable linens.

Master Bedroom: King bed, alarm clock, Smart TV, usb plugs, bar cart, full length mirror, walk-in closet with dresser, luggage rack, sound machine and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed, alarm clock, designated work desk, usb plugs, sound machine, mirror, closet with hanging storage, luggage rack. (In this closet you will find extra linens and towels, and some kids books and toys)

Listening Nook
At the end of the hall you'll find a colorful arched nook furnished with a Victrola record player and some more of our vinyl collection. Whether it's jazz, soul or rock you're feeling, drop the needle and sit back underneath the sparkle of the disco balls.

Outdoors
In the fully-fenced, private yard you’ll find plenty of places to relax on gorgeous modern Article furniture. Right off the kitchen slider, a desert scape wall mural provides the backdrop for your outdoor dining. A table for six sits under a pergola with ceiling fan and string lights. Take a dip in the refreshing pool, then lay on one of our 4 daybed lounge chairs under bright pagoda umbrellas. There is also a comfortable modular sofa and rattan lounge chair to relax near the pool. In the day, soak up some vitamin D on our two hammocks, then find yourself back there again to experience the unmatched desert nights.

On the master patio you'll find a chaise, coffee table and two armchairs. Enjoy your morning coffee alfresco or make yourself a drink from the bar cart and unwind under the twinkling lights. A built in gas fire pit with seating for six is the ideal spot for fireside chats or making s'mores. For those who like a little friendly competition, there's a sand bocce ball court, cornhole and jumbo jenga.

Please keep these in mind when considering to book with us:
- No more than three cars can be at the property at any time
- Absolutely no outdoor music at any time, per city ordinance.
- Please observe the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am while outdoors.
- No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home.
- Please collapse the umbrellas anytime they are not in use (wind hazard).
- Pool Heating is an additional $50 per day and must be requested in advance.

Guest access
Guest will have access to entire home and fenced backyard. The home has a garage for one car and a driveway large enough for three cars maximum. Please do not park on the street. For your convenience, you will also have access to the washing machine and dryer which is housed in the garage.

Other things to note
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent to you shortly after booking with Airbnb. To make things simple, the terms and conditions are the same as our house rules.

Please read the house rules carefully, as the city of Palm Springs has set forth clear ordinances that apply to all short term rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist. We are committed to complying with these rules and ask all of our guests to please consider them when booking. The property is equipped with an exterior Ring Door Bell and Flood Light security camera. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior/rear of the property. Security cameras are monitored and recorded to be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
