Things to Know
The Tradewinds condominium building is under renovations for the upcoming months. Workers will be on site during daytime hours. Excessive noise may be heard during the daytime. Parking may be limited as equipment is moved around the building. Access into units may be required for work or inspections. Amenities may be closed at any time. Work may be delayed due to weather. The pool is expected to be closed until Spring 2024 at least. Guests will be notified of specific updates as they become available to Vacasa.
The pool is heated from November 1 to April 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
