Beautiful craftsman style home. Very private back yard with tranquil waterfall, and patio. Perfect retreat after hiking, biking or visiting your student at Earlham college.
We are surrounded by beautiful parks. 4 miles from Hayes Arboretum . We are 2 miles to the Depot District. A historical area with a microbrewery, unique shops, restaurants and a coffee house and walking distance to Earlham College.

Cozy & inviting!

We loved the home along with all of the amenities. If your contemplating on which house to stay in choose this one! Cindy provided so many extras! From blankets, towels, kitchen dishes to seasonings & even the basic “staples” in the refrigerator along w snacks. Very beautiful home with character . Thankyou opening your home up to us . We will return!

Great haven of peace

Was in town for my father’s Celebration of Life. A beautiful home with all the necessary amenities. A beautiful water element in the backyard. Lots of spaces in the backyard to enjoy a cookout or breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. There is traffic US Highway 40 but the back bedroom where I stayed is quiet.

Amazing house

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, perfect size, location was great (our son goes to Earlham), and the property manager answered our questions quickly! I would absolutely recommend this house!

Beautiful Oasis

The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for relaxing, working, grilling, etc. The home is beautiful and was very clean. We had everything we needed. The location was also perfect. Cindy was proactive on communication. We hope to be back some day!

Breathtaking Oasis

After you park you enter a little Oasis right in town. This place is stunning! Beds and couches are comfortable! Listening to the tiny waterfall in this wonderful backyard setting is a must! Landscape is immaculate. You almost feel secluded like you are out in the woods, because of all the trees surrounding majority of the place. Best candle company(Warm Glow) shop 15 min drive.

Great house!

We stayed here for the total eclipse and the house was very cozy and clean. The backyard has a nice water feature with plenty of seating everywhere. There is a nearby park that was great with our daughter and is within walking distance. In the front of the house there is a busy road which can be loud. The water feature in the back drowns out the noise for enjoying the backyard.

Perfect spot for our getaway

Came to the area from Wisconsin to get together with some friends who live nearby for the Christmas season. Great location! Very clean and welcoming. House had everything we needed. Owners were very prompt and helpful. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit to the area. Thank you!

50th High School reunion!! What a blast!

CIndy your home is PERFECT! We so enjoyed the inviting backyard seating spaces (multiple) and the sound of the pond..... having the lighted walk way over the pond at night was a delight. Decor was so inviting and well appointed -- everything we needed was there. From the stocked kitchen for cooking and all the cozy blankets and pillows in each bedroom. Thank you ---

Must stay!

My husband and I booked this properttly for a short getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The property was beautiful and clean. Immediately we noticed the beautiful landscaping that included a water feature. Inside the home was cleam and supplied everything we needed. There were even some complimentary items like granola bars, creamer, and cold waters. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks!

Nice house..location

We go as an extended family to the Indy 500 every year. Our family mostly lives in the Richmond Indiana area. The house was close, convenient and allowed 4 of us to enjoy a comfortable house that is nice, clean, and easy to get to location-wise. We'll rent the house next time if available.

Family fun

We loved every minute of visiting my daughter, at Earlham College. The location of the house made spending time with her so easy because it is directly across the street. There is so much to do in the area and we will certainly be back. The house was clean, comfortable, and modern and overall is a perfect weekend get away

Cute house

We enjoyed the property. I think if the weather would had been warmer, the outside would be ideal. It’s very private And quiet. The inside area is kind of choppy from room to room - so it was a little hard to get comfortable but once we got settled in, it was fine.

Beautiful inside and outside

Recently redone, the house and grounds were charming. The location was ideal--right across the street from Earlham (a WONDERFUL college--perfect for our granddaughter). We didn't get to spend much time there but enjoyed every minute of it. Our granddaughter, a freshman, LOVED having her own room for two nights!

I'm retired after 30 years working in IT and Engineering staffing.
My husband and I love to travel and have enjoyed staying at many beautiful VRBO homes. We love the local flair that comes with staying in a VRBO property. Getting recommendations from people who live in the area. We've enjoyed some of the best restaurants as well as hidden gems that only the locals know.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Craftsman style homes. The beautiful built ins and solid construction. This property was previously owned by a local artist, who spent years building a beautiful Zen garden with a very relaxing waterfall. We fell in love the minute we walked through the garden and knew this was the place for us. My husband was born and raised in Richmond IN. The area also holds alot of wonderful memories.
