Welcome to Villa Toscana… a truly rare and unique 2 bedroom 2 full bath lakefront with absolutely breathtaking panoramic views.

Managed & Hosted by the property owner herself ~ Jamie Heinz, Owner, Desert Diamond Vacation Rentals. This mid-term rental property is situated in a small and cozy Tuscan themed and designed villa community in beautiful Ahwatukee Foothills.

Senior Friendly single level with 2 Master Bedrooms (each with KING size beds) and a split floor plan for privacy.

The main master bedroom overlooks the lake and has a private exit to a private “backyard” a stones throw from the lake.

The great room that overlooks the lake has a queen sized sofa sleeper perfect for overnight guests or the grandkids.

Please note although this is a new listing, I have been a VRBO host for over 10 years and have several other highly rated properties here on VRBO (494904, 2380911, 1442061), so rest assured you will be well taken care of.

Gorgeous views and comfortable home

The views were amazing with the lake and mountains in the background. Very serene. The home was comfortable with a good amount of basics to make the stay comfortable. However, the property could use a little deeper cleaning before guests arrive. Overall we enjoyed the peaceful and convenient location.

Can I move in?

This villa was very nice, comfortable and accommodating. Was great having two bedrooms and two baths for my son and I. Well stocked wasn’t missing anything. Owner very responsive to questions. Thanks! Would stay here again.

Amazing Views, Awesome Host!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely property for a winter getaway. The lakefront view is literally your own private retreat. Our daughter and son in law visited for a few days and the 2nd “master” with another King bed was perfect for their needs - far away from our main master so plenty of “space and privacy” between bedrooms. The queen-size pull out sofa was perfect for the grandkids! They just loved fishing in the lake and feeding the ducks and swans that come up to our private patio to say hi 😊 There is a barbecue grill and a fire pit as well which we enjoyed! The heated pool and spa was indeed “private”… We went there four times and we were the only people there. The neighborhood is really beautiful; near tons of hiking and biking trails. Tennis and pickle ball up the road. Jamie was an amazing host and took care of our every need. Highly recommend!!
