I would like to invite you to an exclusive holiday home rental with an independent, detached, brick, fenced summerhouse in the village of Ćugowiska on Lake Ćugowskie (Szczytnowskie), ChoceĆ commune, (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship), approx. 80 km from ĆĂłdĆș, 80 km from ToruĆ, 110 km from Bydgoszcz, 25 km from WĆocĆawek, 180 km from Warsaw. The property is well developed and is exclusively at your disposal. There is a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 deckchairs and a large portable barbecue. Near the house there is a cosy terrace surrounded by beautiful vegetation and a fenced parking area for cars. On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions. The property is surrounded by beautiful plantings of conifers, spruce and pine trees. You can also sunbathe or play ball (half of the property is shaded, the other half is in the sun). The area is flat, secure and fenced, characterised by a microclimate, wildlife, tranquillity and a partial view of the lake. The lake is about 100 metres as the crow flies and about 150 metres to a sandy shore with amenities. The property has no direct access to the lake. The lake is a glacial lake with extremely clear water all year round and many fish. The lake is characterised by a beautifully landscaped yard, a swimming and sunbathing shore, a small sandy beach, a shallow sandy entrance to the water, jetties, a bench and a barbecue (publicly accessible, public). Further away is the municipal sandy beach (15 minutes' walk) or the guarded beaches in Chodecz and Chocen. The area offers meadows, forests, mushroom picking and plenty of space for hiking and cycling. The nearest shop and bar are about 15 minutes' walk away. In addition to all kinds of groceries, cold cuts and ready-made meals, you can also buy drinks from us and consume them on site (as of summer 2024). Furthermore, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, a mobile shop appears in the immediate vicinity of the venue. I recommend the restaurants and bars in Chodecz and Chocen. For those willing, I recommend a visit to WĆocĆawek, Kruszwica, InowrocĆaw, LicheĆ, KĆodawa (salt mine), Ciechocinek, ToruĆ or the nearest small towns (Chodecz, ChoceĆ). This single-storey, solid brick house with a covered terrace (90 mÂČ) has been renovated inside, the furnishings have been replaced (2023). The house consists of a living room with kitchen on the ground floor, a super-new bathroom with toilet and two separate bedrooms on the first floor with balcony (wooden ceiling). The living room has a fireplace with fireplace insert and is arranged upstairs with a sofa, chest of drawers and table. Upstairs in each separate bedroom there is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress (Sembella). Utilities: water from the municipal water supply, electricity, septic tank. Suitable for up to 5 people. Everything is fully equipped (cutlery, plates and cutlery) with the necessary amenities, including hot water, shower, TV with digital decoder, DVD player, large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and barbecue. Bed linen, cleaning and all utilities are included. In the low season, firewood to heat the house is available at an additional cost. You are welcome to rent from approximately 15 April to 15 October
