Great- convenient stay in Orlando

We had a great stay. This house was exactly like expected. It was very clean and well cared for. It was perfect- and the communication between the property manager was prompt and super helpful. Would recommend l.

Beware of false advertising

You advertise no partying only that’s all that goes on, little kids running up and down in the streets all hours of the night screaming opening and slamming car doors. This gated community has a busted, open gate at the back of the property so you’re not really in a gated anything. I have a picture of the party banner from one of the huge parties. Had someone walk in our unit and stand there and just stare at us then turn and run out. I have pictures of the mold all over this unit in the bottom king bedroom which we discovered when we were having an issue breathing so I started looking around because we know what mold does to us and our asthma. I’m thinking you probably already know this since the padding‘s been removed carpet thrown back and it’s all over the baseboards. You should really have maintenance go check all of the carpeting in this unit my husband had to re-tuck one of the stairs because it came undone because the restretch was horrifying. We own a flooring company and have for over 20 years so this happens to be our expertise and I was very disappointed at the obvious dangers that nobody seems to care about. 🤔 In the year 2021, from someone that travels frequently and uses VRBO I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t have a television and every guest room. I also have to point out that we stayed in the end of May and found a receipt, deodorant and a couple other items next to our bed from somebody that stayed there on April 16 meaning they certainly did not clean this unit properly….. Unfortunately I can not give a good review for this property and I certainly hope somebody goes and addresses the issues in this unit.

Neighbors were loud all night.

The townhouse was nice, but the neighbors turned their unit into a nightclub. The music and party's were so loud 3 of the nights we could not sleep. The lazy river was dirty and was closed the day we visited due to someone having an accident in the pool. We had to assure the owner we would not party, but the other properties do not ask this of their guests. The neighborhood association should get together and draft rules against loud music after 10. Have some consideration for families and or kids trying to sleep.

Family fun trip after loss of loved ones

Travel to Orlando to have a family fun time after losing love ones. The townhome is in a good location not too far from Disney and close to shopping. I felt safe with the gated community. It was clean and the heated pool was wonderful after a long day in the parks. The kitchen could use some more utensils and cookware. And the coffee pot is tiny and does not accommodate 10 people. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Nice place, very big

We enjoyed our stay. Small hiccups with the trash, but they resolved it and were very responsive. The place was very clean, lots of linens. Huge washer and dryer, very helpful for all of us! I wish the coffee maker was bigger, but that’s the only complaint we had! The pool is nice and the community center is great! Very close to Publix and Walmart, and also close to Disney!! We had 6 adults and one child and it was great for us.

Loved the house

The House was beautiful, clean and well kept. We loved how equipped the kitchen was and especially loved the community pool, lazy river, kid section. The rooms were big and had plenty of room. The only con is that it was hard to find the house once inside the community.
