POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT

1-Cost: $35 per day+tax.

2-Minimum: entire stay

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 48h in advance.

5-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ GRILL

There is a extra charge of $85+tax to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.

This vacation home was all that was advertised and more. The beautiful home offered plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and quiet time when needed, while still allowing for gathering together with the giant TV and couch in the central space of the home, while the person in the kitchen could still participate. Really nice to have 4 bathrooms and showers. Master bath gave us plenty of room to spread out on the giant sink counter. The backyard pool was nice to visit whenever we wanted, and offered lots of fun for our boys. The bigger pool and water fun at the Hideaway Club was nice, and offered great drinks, facilities, ice cream, food, and more. It was crowded at time, and in direct sun, so bring your sunscreen! The host was fantastic, getting back to me within minutes and checking in frequently. We needed a battery for the fan remote and she had it there the next morning. Would love to stay with her as host again.Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. Good water pressure.We were mainly going to Disney, and it couldn't have been much easier to get to Osceola Parkway which goes right into the Disney main gate. We were parked at Hollywood Studios within 12 minutes one night. Universal was about 30-40 minutes, but part of that is because their parking complex is difficult. Parking at house was great, almost always a spot right across the street.Can't say enough good things. Thanks again!

Unsanitary, Unsafe, Poor Communication

A new property not ready to be on market and our worst stay ever in a vacation rental. Live and dead ants everywhere. Beds had bugs, hairs between sheets and flat sheets used in place of fitted sheets. So many items broken upon arrival, including refrigerator, all reported to property manager, who did not understand issues or intentionally disregarded our concerns. Could not figure out the disconnect. A cleaning person was dispatched while we were in the park. They confirmed we only had a flat sheet on one bed, which is what we reported, but did nothing about bugs, hairs, refrigerator, etc, AND they left a HUGE master key ring behind on the kitchen counter. We could have had access to any number of adjacent units. So a very sloppy safety and privacy concern. I notified the same property manager of the keys and she said they would be retrieved the next day. They were not. They remained with us for the duration of our stay. The property also does not have sufficient serveware. I mixed and served salad in a crockpot liner—no large bowls. And the skillets had scratches. Property needs new management and overhaul before it is ready for guests.

Your review is completely unreasonable and based on false accusations. The issues you mentioned simply did not exist. As part of our service standards, we respond immediately whenever a guest raises a concern. We thoroughly inspected the property and found no problems whatsoever. You also failed to provide any photo evidence to support your claims—because there is none. It’s clear that your intention was to make false complaints in order to get a refund and stay for free. Your retaliatory review is entirely unfair. Our cleaning staff works diligently and takes great pride in maintaining high standards. The refrigerator is in perfect working condition, and the beds were made with freshly laundered linens. There were absolutely no bugs, no stains, and certainly no hair on the sheets—they were all replaced before your stay. It is simply impossible for these issues to exist under our strict cleaning protocols. What makes your review even more absurd is the fact that guests who stayed immediately before and after you left us perfect 10/10 reviews, praising both the cleanliness and the overall experience. That speaks for itself.

The location for this property was good for us( close to universal) . We enjoyed the hideaway club pool and lazy river. The home was stayed in was NOT very clean ( floors, carpets, baseboards etc ) There were very tiny ants inside as well. There was not much to start us off..( ie salt/pepper etc) . Not enough coffee mugs . It took a long time for the pool to heat up which was important to us. ( we requested pool heat and paid for it before our arrival) The host Chloe was very responsive and had somebody in to turn up the heat fairly quickly.

Our property follows a high cleaning standard, including a thorough cleaning after every guest stay and regular deep cleanings on a monthly basis. This standard has consistently been well received by previous guests. During your stay, we did not receive any concerns related to cleanliness, and we always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can promptly address anything that may not meet expectations. For kitchen items, basic starter supplies such as salt and pepper are not listed as included amenities, so they are not part of our standard setup. As for coffee mugs, we do provide what we consider to be a sufficient number for the home, and we would have been happy to assist if you had let us know during your stay. Regarding the pool heat, it was turned on prior to your arrival. When you mentioned it wasn’t warm enough, we responded promptly and had someone come out to adjust it and explain the system in person. Pool heating can take some time depending on weather conditions, but we made sure to address your concern as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve, and we remain committed to providing a high-quality experience for all of our guests.
