Luxueux condo en bord de mer à New Smyrna Beach

Condo luxueux récemment rénové de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain - 1200 pieds carrés avec vue sur l'océan, la plage et la piscine. Accès par ascenseur - dernier (6e) étage (aucun voisin à l'étage). L'accès à la magnifique plage de renommée mondiale de New Smyrna est juste à côté de la terrasse de la piscine. Situé à seulement un demi-mile au sud de Flagler Ave et du centre commercial le plus populaire de New Smyrna, y compris des dizaines de restaurants, d'épiceries et de divertissements animés en soirée. À distance de marche de Chases on the Beach, Breakers et du Tiki Bar.

Nous avons récemment rénové le condo et il est magnifique avec une vue directe impressionnante sur l'océan et la plage. Tous les appareils sont plus récents et il y a des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine. NOUVEAUX planchers de bois franc dans les deux chambres! Nous y passons du temps quand il n'est pas loué, nous avons donc des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, une glacière, des vidéos, des livres, des jeux, etc. pour vous faire sentir plus à la maison. Nous venons de mettre à jour les draps, la baignoire et la literie dans les deux suites (y compris les draps 800 fils!) NOUVEAU lit king-size à plateau-coussin et nous venons d'ajouter une télévision à écran plat de 38 pouces. La deuxième chambre a 2 nouveaux lits queen avec surmatelas et un DVD / magnétoscope / TV. La salle familiale surdimensionnée a un tout nouveau sectionnel plus un nouveau canapé-lit pleine taille, DVD / VCR / TV et nous venons d'ajouter un téléviseur à écran plat de 48 '. Il y a aussi WIFI gratuit au condo de la plage. Si vous avez besoin d'Internet haut débit sécurisé, celui-ci est disponible pour 20 $ supplémentaires (les séjours mensuels seront plus)

Le Pelican vient de subir un lifting et de nouveaux aménagements côté rue et côté piscine!

We loved the condo we stayed in! Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and furniture, gorgeous bathroom....host was very helpful and attentive leading up to our stay...no problems while we were there. And the view was incredible.

We loved our stay at Cindy’s beautiful condo at The Pelican. We had wonderful ocean views being on the top floor of the complex-loved the high chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy my coffee in the morning. The condo was surprisingly spacious - so many units are that shoebox shape but this unit has a wider layout so the living area and kitchen feels more like a real home. The furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching March Madness from the sectional sofa—plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen had everything we needed and allowed us to cook the majority of nights rather than go out. Master bath is gorgeous. Loved having plenty of closet / storage space in that area. I wish this complex had restrooms on the ground level near the pool - so you didn’t have to go back to your unit to use the restroom during pool / beach time. Other than that this is an ideal vacation spot and we would definitely go again.

Weekend stay to visit Embry Riddle University

Perfect ocean front condo. The property and the pool here are well kept and clean. We were sad to leave and would definitely return!

We loved it!

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and the pools. What a nice surprise to have a heated pool. The living space was great for our family. We will definitely come back for another vacation!

Fabulous unit in beautiful building

My first time using VRBO and it was such a breeze. The communication was great and the condo was beautiful and spotless. Memories are included in the price and can be kept forever….which is nice! Thank you and we cant wait to return.

The auto lock system was super convenient. The host gave us terrific restaurant recommendations. Outstanding views of the Atlantic and pools from the deck. Good stay. This host is extremely organized and responds well. Thank you!

Wonderful location, beautiful views

No complaints other than the absence of paper products. So be prepared and bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Gas grills by the pool were a great perk.

Amazing beach view from awesome condo

Communication leading up to vacation was amazing. All details provided. Checkin was seamless and it helps that there is a keyless entry w a code so you can go straight to condo! Amazing when you have kids!!! Views from the condo of the beach and pool are spectacular. Condo was very clean. Owner was efficient at communicating and answering text message questions when needed during our stay! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay! The condo is just as described. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and right on the beach. The condo is well stocked in kitchen items, beach items (which we didn’t use, but it’s there), extra towels, trash bags, etc. The beds slept comfortably. Plenty of seating in the living room. The balcony had a beautiful view and we loved the chairs. The pool and pool area was very clean and cleaned each morning. Overall it was a great condo, location and experience! We will definitely be back! Cindy was wonderful to answer questions, and respond quickly.

Fantastic

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The set-up of the condo is fantastic. Guessing the architect that designed the development, started from the beach and work backward from there, making sure that unless you are in one of the bedrooms (in the back of the unit), the ocean is the feature. When you cook, the ocean is in your face. When you watch TV, the ocean is in your face. When you pour a drink, its while you are looking at the beach. From a logistical standpoint, the check in process could not have been easier and the owner (Cindy) was proactive and responsive. Thanks, Cindy!! We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay!

After reaching a previously-booked place on the Gulf side and encountering a horrendous red-tide situation, we decided to leave there and look for a different place to spend our vacation time. We found this condo, and were able to book for a Monday-Saturday stay at the last minute. We had never been to New Smyrna Beach before, and were pleasantly surprised with the area. The condo was very nice and stocked with essentials, including beach toys for the younger members of our group. It had enough space in the living area to let everyone relax together after a day at the beach and pools. The grounds and pools were well-maintained, and we appreciated the security measures. Our request of the condo management, like at least one other reviewer mentioned, would be to install bathrooms near the pools - would be SO helpful! The beach was a nice depth (not too far to walk to the water), and the small amount of shells left our feet thankful. We're talking about returning to New Smyrna for our next trip. So glad your unit was available - thank you for your hospitality!!

Been coming to NSB for decades. This condo was perfect. Top floor view of the ocean. Updated and open for families to enjoy time together. Hope to come again soon.

Lovely condo in New Smyrna

The property and condo were well maintained. The elevators can be a bit unreliable, but the unit is between two, so it was never truly an issue. Cindy was always easy to reach whenever we had questions.
