Cette 4ème étage (avec ascenseur) Oceanfront Condo est l'entreprise familiale. Il
dispose d'un salon très spacieux avec un plan d'étage ouvert (env.
1300 sq. Ft.) Et a des doubles portes coulissante qui permet de voir les
la beauté de l'océan au sein de notre unité. Outre une salle séparée
zone il ya aussi un snack-bar. De l'extra-large privé
balcon, vous donnent également sur les 2 grandes piscines ... (Voir photos

Situé à moins d'un mile du centre commercial qui a une Bealls
magasin, magasins de souvenirs, une épicerie et des restaurants.

Wonderful view and a great stay

The condo was clean and had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen, linens, and plenty of beach chairs and accessories. Sherie was a wonderful host and all checkin / checkout processes were smooth. The place is located within a mile of Publix and all the necessary shopping. Restaurants were right up the road from Publix. Two things I’ll mention - not complaints - just information: First, the front door of the condo is about 100 steps from the elevator so you might want to bring a wagon or something for grocery trips. There is a small grocery cart on the property but that is parked at the other building so it takes a while to get it. Also, the beds are firm. We slept well but if you like softer beds, you might want to bring an extra pad. I heartily recommend this place and hope to return again.

Great stay at the Pelican!

The pictures of the view don’t do it justice! Had a great stay thanks to Sherie, she was a great communicator and host. The property is close to everything and has two great pools as well as being directly on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We had an amazing stay at the Pelican. Our condo was in a perfect location with amazing views of the ocean. Easy access to pools and beaches. Sherie was very attentive and just the loviest host. The beds were a bit firm for me, but perfect for my husband. Pools were great and very inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful sunrise

We stayed Friday-Monday. A nice long weekend. We enjoyed everything! The beach was beautiful. The pools were very convenient and not over crowded. The sunrises were spectacular! Very easy to communicate with the owner. A great time!

Great Beach Front Condo

We had the best time here and didn’t want to leave. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The condo was incredibly clean and well furnished. The pelican is the perfect place for a family getaway- close to tons of restaurants, and right on the beach. We will be back!

Great Spot

I've stayed at a few locations in the NSB area, and this was one of the best deals/locations. Great view, cozy furniture, and a huge kitchen island that is great for hanging out. The recliners in the living room are amazingly comfortable, but they will swallow items in a heartbeat. If you can't find something...look there first.

Quick 2 night Family Beach Getaway

What a beautiful and clean condo to enjoy in a great community will two great pools and very easy access to the beach. Awesome view from the living room looking through a double wide, fully retractable, set of sliding doors leading out onto the balcony. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back again soon. Fantastic place.

For many years we have stayed at another condo on NSB so needless to stay we were a little leery on staying at a different place. But needless to stay this condo has exceeded our expectations on many levels .Sherie was very easy to communicate with from the beginning the end. We will be back for sure 😊

Awesome Stay at the Pelican in NSB

Awesome property in a great location. Really nice living spaces, very organized, and inviting. Loved the extras in the storage closet! Condo comfort, heated pool, shuffle board, beach, local activities (Marine Discovery Center, bike rides, kayaking, etc.) all helped make our trip.

Lovely condo with incredible view

The condo was conveniently located and recently remodeled with beautiful kitchen open to very spacious living area. Wall of glass windows/doors to balcony provided an incredible view. Our host was very friendly and helpful, even texting info about a space launch happening during our stay. We hope to stay here again next year!!

Majestic View

We enjoyed the spacious balcony view and the majestic waves. Getting out to the beach was super easy and the pool area and the amount of seating was amazing. We hope to stay there again.

Amazing host and location

This is not our first stay at this unit. The host is amazing and the location is as well. We have been coming to NSB for years and this is the place we come back to every time we get a chance.
