This property is conveniently located between Dubrovnik city and Dubrovnik airport. It has a private parking (free of charge), so you are free to rent-a-car and explore the wider region easily.
This sea view apartment is placed on the 2nd floor, with a 15m2 spacious balcony which is the best place to start your day having a cup of coffee and enjoying the stunning view to the sea, nearby islands and the Zupa bay.
The comfortable apartment has 2 double bedrooms, accommodating a total of 4 persons. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all what is needed to prepare a delicious meal (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher).
The living room is a relaxing place, where you can watch the SmartTv, or just rest after a long day at the beach.
Next door there is another apartment (same only with different furniture) in case you are considering a vacation with family or friends.
The beaches, bars and restaurants are located within walking distance (5-15 minutes) from the property. The whole coastal area of Croatia is descending to the sea, hence some stairs can rarely be avoided when returning from the beach.
There is a bakery 40m, a restaurant 20m, a small grocery store 30m, a bus stop 150m, and a shopping center with a supermarket 900m away from the house.
Since Dubrovnik city area is very busy during the summer months, Mlini and the Zupa bay are a perfect place for those who wish to avoid the crowds but still be able to easily reach the city within a short drive.
There are numerous beaches along the bay; pebble, concrete and rocks. On most beaches you will be able to rent a sun umbrella and sunbeds. The small and cozy restaurants invite you to taste a lovely meal while enjoying the views to the bay and sea.
