Enjoy a spacious townhome with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for comfort and privacy! Conveniently located in the lively yet peaceful neighborhood of Queen Anne. Just minutes walk away from Lake Union, 31/32/40/62 bus stop, biking trails, local restaurants and cafes. Within 10 min drive to major attractions like Space Needle, Pike Place or Downtown, making it easy for you to explore all Seattle has to offer. The place is good for group travelers, families and multi-generational groups.
This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome with one car garage about 1500sqft. The garage is street level, and the front door entrance is up a set of stairs.
**Floor Plan** • First Floor: main entrance, kitchen, living room, sofa bed (queen size), smart TV, half bath • Basement: bedroom (full bed), bath with shower, washer & dryer, access to garage • Second Floor: 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, window AC and ensuite bath for each bedroom
**Home Highlights** • Great floor plan - all three bedrooms have ensuite bathroom, with another bathroom in the living room. Great for group & generational travels! • AC in the primary bedroom • Dedicated parking (rare in the city) and ample street parking in nearby neighborhood • Walkers paradise with a walk score of 93 • Family friendly (High chair & pack n play) • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

We loved our stay here! Our family had a great time! The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! The beds, bedding, and towels were very soft and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and we really appreciated the Keurig for coffee in the morning!

Fabulous stay
This house in Queen Anne was fantastic. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out and relax after our Seattle adventures. The house is just as advertised with comfortable beds, very soft sheets and fluffy towels. I highly recommend this home.

What a lovely, comfortable, peaceful property! My family of four (adult kids) stayed here, and it worked out very well. Comfortable beds, air conditioning if we needed it, super soft towels in the bathroom, plenty of amenities in the kitchen (though we did not cook much), and close proximity to many things. Check-in was super easy and if we had a question, property managers were very responsive. Having the garage space was key as parking can be tight in this area. I also appreciated the Keurig for morning coffee since we didn’t have time to go to the store our first night there. Wonderful place.

Convenient and cost effective
As advertised in listing. Convenient and walkable area. Very cost effective for the amount of beds/baths. Perfect for family with loud snorer who had his own bathroom and bedroom on the first floor.

Stop before Alaska
The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Short walk to Mod Pizza, coffee shops, gelato, and on Sunday a street fair. 2.5 mile walk to the space needle or easy Uber ride. About 3 miles from Pikes Place Market and 3.5 from Underground Seattle. 25 minute Uber ride from the airport.

Great place to stay, good location with quick access to much of the city. The secure garage is a big plus for parking in a city without having to empty your car of things that might draw a break-in: however, it was a very tight fit for our Subaru Outback, and would be too small for a larger SUV, pickup, or van. The apartment itself is nicely laid out and furnished, but there are stairs to all 3 bedrooms, so might not work for folks with mobility issues. Otherwise, nice place, nice neighborhood.

Enjoyable but concerning
We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The homes location was ideal. The home needs some tender loving care. Lights in basement hallway & laundry room did not work. Shower in suite drips water. Carpet in stairway leading to basement needs replaced. Table service needs to be 8 since house sleeps 8. A baby gate would be beneficial. Window air conditioner & a queen bed in basement would be a nice upgrade.

Ideal Townhome for Exploring Seattle & Beyond
This townhome was a fantastic home base for our Seattle stay. The layout worked perfectly for our group—each of the three bedrooms had its own ensuite bathroom, plus a half bath on the main floor made everything extra convenient.The location is hard to beat. We walked to Lake Union, visited Pike Place Market, the original Starbucks, and the Space Needle, and even made it to the Fremont Bridge just in time for the classic lift. Directions to the property were spot on, and we also took a day trip to Leavenworth which was charming and scenic—definitely a highlight.Check-in was simple, and the QR code for the Wi-Fi made getting settled a breeze. The kitchen was decently stocked, but if you plan to cook, more pots and pans would be a welcome addition. The list of restaurant recommendations was appreciated, though the one we wanted to try closed at 2 p.m.—a few options for later meals would be great for future guests.Overall, this was a comfortable, clean, and well-located spot. Great communication, easy access to everything Seattle has to offer, and some lovely touches throughout the home. We'd absolutely stay again!
