Classic Palm Springs meets modern comfort, perfect for families or groups looking for a sunshine retreat. Everything has been thought of and provided for the perfect getaway.

Just 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, this family-friendly home is an authentic Alexander built butterfly that kept its original footprint and features (such as the tongue and groove ceiling), but has been fully remodeled with all modern, high end touches. With every bedroom opening to the outside providing endless natural light, the architecture of the home creates an open and breezy atmosphere, encouraging connectivity to the outdoors and the natural beauty of the landscaping. Located in the heart of the famed Palm Springs neighborhood the ‘Racquet Club Estates’,one of the original Palm Springs heyday developments, and with classic mid century modern architecture. One of our favorite features of the home is the new Fleetwood stackable sliding doors, that allow you to fully open the home to the outside and feel the natural desert winds. With the added privacy from the full property lined hedges, you can enjoy the sunshine from sun-up to sundown with multiple outdoor areas to maximize the ideal palm springs weather throughout the day. The kitchen is fully stocked and all appliances have been upgraded to top of the line. The marble floors + book matched marble fireplace are Carerra marble, and the entertainment room is so cozy it may be hard to get outdoors! All doors + windows have been fitted with electric blinds for ultimate privacy.The main home runs AC through a nest thermostat, and the casita has two split units operated by remote. This is an immaculately kept home in an excellent location. Everything is provided to give you the experience of a luxury hotel stay without the cost of booking multiple rooms.

All bathrooms are equipped with linens, toilet paper, hand soap, makeup towels + towelettes, and hair dryers and all of the essentials needed during your stay.

Bedrooms + Bathrooms
Master Bedroom: King sized bed, Smart 65” TV, stackable washer/dryer, full bath, sliding door to access a private courtyard with a ping pong table and a connection to the backyard. Full bath with dual sink vanity. Hangers in closets.

Bedroom 2: Twin bunk beds, single floor to ceiling storage/cabinets and closet, sliding door to front courtyard. Shared full bath with BD3. Hangers in closets.

Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed, wall to wall storage/cabinets and closet, and a sliding door to the front courtyard. Shared full bath with BD2. Hangers in closets.

Casita Bedroom: California King sized bed, full length mirror, wall to wall storage/cabinets and closet, dual set washer/dryer, sliding door to a private courtyard with a table + chairs. Full bath with floor to ceiling glass door on one side, and an external door connecting to a courtyard with a fountain. Hangers in closets.

Living Room + Kitchen/Dining
Living Room: Three seater couch, two swivel chairs, coffee table, bar cart complete with glassware and board games, and the far wall houses a framed moss wall art piece.

Kitchen: Wolf Induction Stovetop, built in wall oven, and microwave. Miele dishwasher and Liebherr refrigerator and freshwater ice maker. Additional appliances include a coffee pot and grinder and a tea kettle. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a gourmet meal including both plastic and ceramic dishes, plastic and glass glassware (stem/stemless wine, tall and short tumblers), silverware, cooking utensils, baking dishes and sheets, serving pieces, cutting boards, knife block, mixing bowls. We also provide basic spices, condiments, and coffee beans.

Casita + TV Room
Kitchenette: Same major appliances as the main house (sink, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), just in smaller sizes, with a popcorn machine for movie nights.

Entertainment Room: 85’ Smart TV, sectional sofa with an under couch TV Tray, ottoman, wall to wall marble fireplace.

Outdoor Spaces
Front Courtyard: four chairs with side tables (perfect for catching the sunset), croquet set, bocce ball, and jumbo connect four.

Backyard: Saltwater pool, six lounge chairs, pool floats, firepit, and outdoor dining complete with a grill. The outdoor dining table has six chairs, with additional chairs stored in the garage if needed.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible!

All linens are provided, as well as basic household products such as kitchen items as well as cleaning supplies.
Washer/Dryer are available for guest use but we ask that you refrain from use during California’s peak energy hours from 4pm-9pm.
Pool can be heated with advance notice for an additional fee of $75 per night. Our pool is typically kept at 85 degrees when heated.
Pets are allowed for an additional pet fee of $150, plus any damages or extra cleaning resulting from pet activity
Commercial use of our property requires a separate special booking and potential permits. If you are interested in photographing, filming, or using our space for an event, please contact us directly to arrange.
We like to offer competitive pricing for longer stays, so please inquire if you have any questions.
Weekly visits from our pool cleaner, landscaper, and trash pickup service are necessary.
Per the City of Palm Springs (strictly enforced so that we all have a good time while respecting the neighbors)
There can be absolutely no music played outside during your stay, and any music played indoors should not be heard outdoors (this applies to any vacation rental in Palm Springs)
The maximum number of overnight guests for our property is 8 people.
The maximum number of cars that can be parked at our property at any time is 4.
All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 12.5% (Our TOT Permit # is PS / City ID# ). This tax is NOT included in the nightly rate, but will be charged as an extra service through Airbnb.
Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed prior to occupancy. Upon booking, we will ask for an email address and send it over via Docusign for signature.

If code enforcement is called due to disregard of the above mentioned items, they will respond to the call and potentially issue you a citation. Upon receiving your citation, we will use our discretion based on the citation whether or not you will be evicted from the property with no refunds for any remaining days. The City of Palm Springs strictly enforces all short term rental guidelines and we will always oblige to their lead.
There are a number of security cameras throughout the property. Please note that the indoor camera in the living room is deactivated and taped over. Only the driveway, entryway, and doorbell cameras are active and recording. This is for security purposes only, and only the doorbell camera is monitored, the driveway and entrayway are only checked if there is an incident. All other cameras are not recording. The cameras were installed by the previous owners, and are difficult to remove, so they are still up, but other than the ones listed, they are not monitoring and recording.

Located in the heart of Palm Springs 'Racquet Club Estates' neighborhood, a walk around the block will display all of the mid-century modern architecture you've likely heard all about. Although our home did retain its original footprint and structural features, it's been fully remodeled with top of the line appliances, wall to wall Fleetwood sliding doors that open the home completely to the backyard for all-day sunshine access, as well as electric blinds on all doors and windows for ultimate privacy. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything at all during your stay.
