Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)

- Indoor Fireplace not operational, decor only.
- This home is NOT animal friendly, and does not allow pets, or animals of any kind. If you are traveling with a service animal, please checkout one of our many pet friendly properties which can accommodate a service animal.

- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.

Very comfortable, well-equipped house with ample bedrooms/baths and a very nice pool/patio area. In nice, convenient neighborhood of Palm Springs. Host was very responsive when one minor issue arose with front porch lights.

We stayed for a month. First, we really appreciated the responsiveness of Oasis Rentals, the property managers. We have never experienced such prompt responses to calls/requests. As an example, the pool heater broke and they managed to obtain and install a new heater the same day. The house was adequate for our month-long stay and worked well for all our guests. It was very clean and pleasant upon arrival. The robes in the bedrooms are a nice touch. The house is ideally located close to all services and downtown Palm Springs. The pool is especially nice and the outdoor seating areas are ample and comfortable. While the interior was comfortable for our stay, the house is not particularly generously configured for a four-bedroom, four-bathroom rental, as compared to other four-bedroom rentals in the area.

Gorgeous pool, great neighborhood, really quiet.We were there during the week and it was really relaxing. Super clean and inviting when we first walked in. The planned landscaping/pool service was changed to earlier in the week (not expected) - luckily all were decent inside the house (lots of windows). Generally quick responses from the property manager. Would stay here with partner or a group again. Bummer about the sound rules in Palm Springs, we brought good water resistant headphones for the pool.

Great house

Very easy checkin accurate listing what you see is what you get. Very quiet neighborhood. Good amenities in the house everything you need. Convenient location everything within 10 minutes drive. Would recommend.

Beautifully renovated, quality interiors and fittings, and stunning spa pool and swimming pool. As with most properties the VRBO pics are from a wide angle lens so everything will feel smaller in real life - but will not disappoint. We are already picking our dates for our next reservations.

Good location, size of house, bathrooms in bedrooms was nice and clean. Nice to sit outside and eat.Pool was super fun. Nearby stores and recreation. Now the negative, warn people about the mosquitoes! Ate us alive! Wife had 16 bites first evening. Everyone in my family had multiple bites by end of stay. Air conditioning was not adequate! House became hot in evenings, the fans helped, but you open house, here come the mosquitos. The inside and outside cushions have seen better days. I have pictures. The ice maker didn’t work. Had to go and buy ice multiple times. The water filter needs changing according to your unit! Windows and railings need cleaning. No vacumn cleaner or mops for spot cleaning. Can’t give more than a 3 rating!

It’s wonderful to know your family made good use of the outdoor space! We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. We wish we had known about the mosquitoes during your stay—we would have been more than happy to bring mosquito repellent or citronella candles to help deter them. The property has a regular pest control however we would have called for a service to attend to your concern. In regards to the AC Palm Springs can still be quite warm in October, and we’re always happy to provide tips for keeping the home cooler, such as keeping the drapes closed and minimizing open windows and doors, especially during peak heat hours. We would also have been happy to call our regular AC technicians as your comfort is one of our main concerns. Thank you as well for noting the cushions, ice maker, water filter, and cleaning supplies. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can address them promptly. Guest comfort is important to us, and we’re already reviewing each of these concerns with our team. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the chance to host you again with an even more comfortable experience.

Great pool house but can't play music

A group of 4 couples enjoyed our stay at the house, though the wide angle photos in the listing gave us an impression the house and pool were a bit bigger than when we arrived on site. We loved the outdoor living areas, especially the pool, where we spent most of the day floating in it. The built in pool umbrellas allowed for sun and shade areas to meet all needs. But, the inability to play any outside music, even on our phones, due to Palm Springs rules was a big disappointment to our group. What's vacation without a little music? We were also impacted by a house rule to not have the AC below 76 degrees (which might "freeze up the AC system"), making pretty hot sleeping conditions, especially on the over 100 degree days. We made dinner every night enjoying the kitchen and BBQ, though the refrigerator was failing before arrival and needed repair during our stay, which negatively affected our trip. House decor was fun, the neighborhood is cute and felt safe, and the house location was close to airport, grocery stores and downtown Palm Springs. Overall nice stay.
