Welcome to Casa Palmera, where desert sun melds with modern bohemian chicâŠBuilt in 1948, this home was recently gutted and completely remodeled with modern amenities and an open floor plan. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass pocket doors disappear into the walls for truly indoor/outdoor living.

- Attached Casita, en suite bathroom, double sink, beautiful custom tiles in the shower. View of the mountains from large sliding doors that leads to backyard/pool. Queen bed. TV + Roku
- Master Bedroom, en-suite bathroom, Dbl sink â sliding glass doors leading to pool/backyard. King bed, Smart TV. Indoor shower in the master en-suite bathroom
- Guestroom 1, en-suite bathroom (tub+shower) â Queen bed, TV+roku,
- Guestroom 2, bathroom in the hall (walk-in shower) â Queen bed, TV + Roku, sliding glass doors leads to a private front yard.
Amenities - Outdoor BBQ; Outdoor Dining; Outdoor Living/Lounge area; Lounge chairs; Pool Floats; Mountain Views; Private Saltwater Pool/Spa; Outdoor shower; Fully stocked Kitchen â Blender/ smoothie maker, Microwave, Toaster; Private 2 car parking in the driveway; TV in each bedroom + living room = 5 TVâs

- Absolutely NO Pets allowed. - this is a no-pet property.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
