Great location to beach and broad walk

Excellent location, beach is just a few steps away. Location is pretty quiet but it's a very short walk to excitement. Property was exactly as described and the bed was comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

Awesome location, clean friendly atmosphere

We had a great experience. Location was great, place was clean and well kept. Marco is first rate. The neighbors were excellent, very easy to talk to and friendly.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in the same unit. We like the location just a short way off the boardwalk. We like this place.

Excellent location!

This apartment is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for the beach which is a few steps away! The kitchen is stocked with the basics and has a full size refrigerator for your drinks and great leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. It’s so nice to be within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants as well.

Girls Weekend Away

We had a great weekend, greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The communication with the owner was great, letting use chairs an an umbrella with getting into town early. Having the the boardwalk and beach steps away was the best option for us. I honestly will stay here again, we felt very safe and the place was impeccably clean.

Location, location, location! Walk to the beach and dinning. Great for bike riding. The apartment is very clean and Marco is very accommodating!

Great location

The location is perfect. Easy to find parking (we used the parking spot that Marco offered us for $20 daily). The king-size bed was comfortable. My kids loved to be next to the beach. The only think down was there no pots to cook, so if you plan to cook bring it if you want to.

The location couldn't have been any better. Next to the beach and the boardwalk. On the boardwalk was live music and about any restaurant you would want, with wonderful food. Marco was great to work with. Thank-you

excellent location

An older style room. No frills, but good bang for the buck. The location is excellent and very close to the boardwalk. We were on the second floor and had a peekaboo view of the beach. The AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable. Worth the money.

Upstairs has a view of the ocean from the kitchen window and on the chair outside the door. Room 107. Was a fun location being just off the broadwalk

Very helpful!!

We had a few little hiccups during our stay! I messaged him and was very responsive and fixed our problems as quickly as he could! Great spot and the beach is right there!

Quick Beach Stay

Overall excellent property VERY close to the beach! Property is older, but well maintained. The best part is that it’s one building away from the beach. Also, Marco provides beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. I wish there was a small ice chest / cooler available, but obviously not required. We will be back!

Great location

The location can’t be beat! Steps away from the beach/boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking for an additional $20/night that’s right behind the building. Overall the place is a small one bedroom, just like the pictures show. Two adults stayed and it was perfect, any more people might be a little cramped. We would absolutely stay again- thanks Marco!

Marco was easy to contact The place is very old but updated and very clean Towels and bedding were very clean and well equipped. It is well equipped with appliances including extra coffee and paper towels. Standard coffee maker plus K-Cup Awesome location to the broad walk and beach We used the parking option.

Great location on top of the boardwalk

The property was clean and as described. The best part is the location. You walk out your door and walk for maybe an 100 feet and you are on the boardwalk or the beach. Marco was attentive and followed up to ensure our needs were met. Thank you for a great day. We will return.
